You need to go to Hawaii and try the pineapples. They are a-maz-ing there. They are so much more flavorful. They are grown in Hawaii and to get them here they have to pick them before they are completely ripe, so that is why pineapples in Hawaii are better. Make Alex take you. lol

"Are you some kind of a nut?" 😂 my grandpa used to say that. We have two giant pecan trees in the backyard at my aunts house and its amazing how much we collect. I use my casserole pans every single day. My go-tos are lazy chicken cordon blu and chicken Parmesan. For both you cook the cut up chicken first with frozen spinach, your spices and oil. Once cooked through for the cordon blu you chop up some ham, cover with swiss cheese and sprinkle Italian bread crumbs over top. Put back in oven till melted. For chicken Parmesan, over the cooked chicken chunks you pour in marinara, sprinkle Italian bread crumbs and Italian cheeses. Back in oven till melted and boom serve both over rice and dinner is delicious! I love miss Merediths grumpy face at the end. Shes definitely asking to speak to his supervisor 😂

The Don Pablos near me (Deptford, NJ) just closed last year. It was really weird how they closed. They were open one day and then out of nowhere in the middle of the night, they closed down. I was so sad. I loved Don Pablos. I found out later that the location near me was one of the two last locations. I think the only remaining one is in Texas.

Girl after the first few year's of picking up pecans, shelling, and bagging them you'll get to where you hate Pecan season. I finally made a deal with two women.
