Thanks for stopping by for another What's for Dinner Video!
Hope you see something that you can cook up for your family and friends!
In this video, you'll see:
-Greek Parmesan Chicken
-Lemon Pesto Chicken Pasta
-Memorial Day Cookout (cheeseburgers, potato salad, etc)
-Butterscotch Avalanche Bars
-BBQ Chicken Burritos with Fiesta Cheese Sauce
BUTTERSCOTCH AVALANCHE BARS
12 oz bag of butterscotch chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups Rice Krispies
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips to sprinkle on top
In microwave-safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips for 1 minute.
Stir and continue in 30 second increments until chips are melted.
Stir in the peanut butter and then add the rice krispies.
Let cool approx 15 - 20 minutes (stir every 5 minutes or so to help cool).
Add the marshmallows and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a sprayed 9x9 pan and lightly press down.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips on top.
When the bars are cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!

I’m not totally sure but I’m thinking it possibly could. The melted butterscotch chips would probably hold it together fine ☺️
