Hope you see something that you can cook up for your family and friends!
In this video, you'll see:
-STEAK, HALF BAKED POTATOES, SALAD
-MEATLOAF, MASHED POTATOES, SHELLS & CHEESE
-PUMPKIN BARS
-POTATO CAKES
-COPYCAT SUBWAY TUNA SUB
-FRIED RICE & SPRING ROLLS
HALF BAKED POTATOES
Potatoes, olive oil, salt
Cut potatoes in half length wise.
Coat potatoes all sides with olive oil & salt.
Place cut side down on baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until tender.
MEATLOAF
1.5 lb ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 egg
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
4-6 oz bbq sauce
1 chopped bell pepper (or as much as you want)
1 sleeve of crushed crackers (saltines or ritz)
ketchup to taste
Mix all ingredients well & place into 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

PUMPKIN BARS
1 box spice cake
1 15 oz can pure pumpkin
3 eggs
1 cup Miracle Whip
Mix well & bake on a 15x10x1 (sprayed) for 15-18 minutes.
Cool.
ICING
3.5 cups powdered sugar
1 stick softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp milk or heavy cream
Mix well (electric mixer) & top the cooled pumpkin bars.
POTATO CAKES
2 c cold mashed potatoes
approx 2 heaping Tbsp flour
approx 2 Tbsp water
S&P to taste
Stir the flour into the cold mashed potatoes.
After mixed well, add in the water & stir until the mixtures begins to thicken & hold together.
Heat a skillet sprayed with cooking spray (or butter / oil) over medium heat & add potatoes, approx 1 Tbsp circles or 'cakes'.
Fry until golden brown on each side.
Drain on paper towel.

Meatloaf mashed taters n corn is like my fav meal of all time. Thanks for the video. I happen to have ground beef I need to use and have been debating what to make and now I know! Looks delish! I uses to work at subway many years ago and I actually loved the tuna salad. I'd always make it with pickles ON it not in it...pickles and black olives lettuce and tomato... so good

This video just popped up on my feed,and I liked the way you’re cooking mostly from scratch.That meatloaf recipe is very old,I remember making it back in the seventies,with the dry onion soup mix,and the ritz crackers,I haven’t made a meatloaf in many years since my husband died,to much for one person alone.I loved your cake,and I am going to make that,not to much for a person alone😂😂About Subway tuna,my friend owns one,and indeed it’s just canned tuna,and mayonnaise.😊

Your family night dinner looks amazing! I haven’t made meatloaf in a while so I added that to my next meal plan 🤗. I love tuna salad, but I’ve only ever eaten it if I or my mom or my Granny made it 😮. I have no idea why, but it weirds me out eating it out like at Subway or other restaurants. I tried a little years and years ago somewhere and hated it so since then I just eat it at home to be safe 😉

My mom always said measuring is fir the first time you are making a recipe. After that it's all by eyeball measure and it's still how I cook 40 years later. And yes mac n cheese or meatloaf never the same twice 😂
