To those people thinking that this shark is bleeding to death, it’s not. This is a defence mechanism for certain species of sharks. Using a mixture of blood and other bodily fluids they secrete to confuse predators. Very common in this breed and other smaller breeds of sharks. The frantic actions including the “beaching” is all part of its defence mechanisms.

I hear shots.. That splash and noise is not coming from the shark's tail hitting the water. In the beginning of clip, a shot hits tail of shark, immediately displaying trace of blood just before it reaches the bait near the rocks. Seems like Bait contained lots of blood which will trigger shark's sense for blood, reaches for the bait, blood from the bait and shark, splash from both shark and bullets. Shark trying to escape, blood coming out from mid section. Confused and wounded shark is hightailing outta there. Shark's tail is under the water , but you can clearly hear and see splashs from shots hitting the water following the shark's path Can they do this? I don't know where and what country this clip was taken. But Regardless of what and why ? It's so disgusting, senseless and disturbing behavior it actually made me sick and sad. Someone also commented and compare this to war in you know where, I hope you learn to recognize the differences between two totally separate issues
