Develop, develop & develop! NO consideration for us local residents who live here with increased traffic, noise, dust and loss of our night skies with lighted sports field everywhere. This is just plain crazy and not sustainable!!

I'm a local resident born and raised. There is MUCH consideration with everything they do, but you can't shut down the development without suffering consequences too

They totally destroyed the desert ambience with those ungodly out of place soccer fields behind the Shivwits station. The neglect for preserving natural space rather than complimenting it is unreal to me

You should try and do an update on the area by Desert Color! I live down there and it seems like there is plenty going on. Maybe if there is an estimated opening day for the smiths down there... going to be very popular.

the smiths is supposed to be open in november but with how fast its going i bet it will be done sooner

Just waiting on a few big things to fall into place before doing a video, so hopefully soon. Smith's is targeting the first week of November to be open

I thought you'd mention the upcoming PGA tour event at Black Desert.

Can you please do an update on the new Exit 11 again soon? Do you think it will be usable in December when they mentioned it anytime sooner?
@macraehepplerАй бұрын
Just filmed there this morning so you'll see it next week. It is looking like December it will be finished

Access to BLM land- great benefit for now. Wonder what will happen if the state manages to get the Feds to transfer that land to them, which they don’t have the ability to pay to manage it. If so, it won’t be open space any longer!
