Hi today i'll be checking out What's Hiding in Pokhara's Beautiful City? Nepal 2024🇳🇵🇳🇵. i take a walk round the local area in Pokhara away from the touristy area and seeing more of this this beautiful city. It was an unsuccessful samosa hunt but what i did find was lots of amazing old buildings and all of the local's were really friendly as everywhere in Nepal.

Thanks for the insite Richy, I noticed as you got more in to what were the local areas there seems to be more litter but nothing compared to some other Asian countries. Really enjoying your Nepal vlogs as I have no experience of the place at all, presently surprised. Take care mate 👍👍👍

Thanks Kell, yes mate there is the odd bad places as in all countries in Asia but generally Nepal is pretty clean. I do love walking in the localised areas.

What resolution and basic settings you running your pro on now m8, and are you using any add ons ? how do you find the noise level on the pro. The background noise on mine is awful even in a quiet place. Keep up the good work.

Thanks mate no I don’t have any add ons and I don’t find the noise too bad. My settings on standard are 4K 25 fps Linear lock and auto boost on the hyper smooth. I use the go pro 11 and I looked on KZbin to find the right vlogging settings.

Thanks Stevo I’ve always been straight down the line to give everybody my true reflection. Not many other vloggers do that, that’s why I knew my channel would always be a slow builder. A lot of people just want to see this is good and that’s good but in life we all know that’s not true.

I guess it was The Machhapuchchhre (Fishtail) the pointy peak you saw, just unded 7000m... Few years ago when i was there it was the first time in history that peak didnt have snow on it, locals were nervous about it.. You said you dont have much time left and i saw you liked the view of them peaks.. Sarangkot early morning is where you wanna be for the view.. you can drive motorbike there yourself or take a motobike taxi.. Sarangkot is the hill behind northside of lakeside where the paragliders jump out from, or from the stupa other side of the lake is not bad view either. But Sarangkot man, promisse you its worth to go there.. Also, impressiv walk you did there mate, i know how far it is.. Great video again, keeps me going

Why not pop up to the hill station there called Sarangkot? It’s not far. You can walk up or get a jeep. I remember there was only one restaurant and 2 small guest houses about 25 years back. Am wondering what it’s like now. Btw as you’re talking about your teeth there’s a great dentist in Delhi I go to every year although haven’t been for a while as have been caring for mum full time until she passed. He’s got a very good reputation and is extremely reasonable. Fraction of the price of the UK. If you want his details let me know. My teeth would’ve rotted by now if I had to pay for the dentist out here. Can’t wait to get back to India and Nepal again. I need to keep doing this whilst I still can as am 58 now.

Because it’s not possible as I explained in the vlog the roof of my mouth has to be removed, I’ve tried everything in the last forty years and nothing has worked. I’m happy with the way I look

Thanks Melanie but I wasn’t there long and my legs were in agony from too much walking. As I explained in the vlog dentistry isn’t possible I have no gum after my accident it had to be removed and a palate is to painful believe me I’ve tried everything in the last forty years.

I like your videos but where is the sun hat you should buy. I see that British tourists are the stingiest tourists in Spain. Why do you never eat a full meal. You say everything is so cheap in Nepal. Are you stingy?

Ha I’m not stingy at all I left my hat on the plane, I didn’t eat a full meal because I have stomach problems from Pakistan. If you’ve watched my other vlogs I went out shopping for walking shoes and shorts. Does that sound stingy?

Yeah as I mentioned previously; back in Kanchan....I know,I know, 'back in the day,' and all that. 1999, my first visit to Thailand, I could swear I never saw a fat Thai or if I did it was something rare to behold. Too much processed fast food joints from the west and too much carbohydrates. I would guess that about a quarter of adults are overweight now.
