I agree. Only one fountain pen. When I did a lot of travelling, I left fountain pens home. In any case only a maximum of 4 writing instruments.

wow - you're pretty strict with the maximum of 4!

@@seattlepenclub 1 ballpoint, 1 gel or rollerball, 1pencil and 1 highlighter. When I traveled for vacation, I usually buy a pen to use only for the vacation, then it is put aside withy journal and all the paraphernalia collected. My family thinks I am nuts but it is something I have done for years. One vacation I bought a Diplomat Traveller! Lol

Interesting. I carry a few pencils (mechanical and "regular") for sketching at times; you must do some drafting etc for that cool assembly! I'm tempted to collect pencils now! BTW, have the same thoughts on the Lamy fill (for twist). I'll definitely give the Pilot Juice refill a try. Did you have to trim it any?

For the Lamy Swift, the Pilot Juice Up refill works without any modifications. Not the regular Juice though. I don't do much drafting haha - I just think those pencils are cool! :)
