soo inspiring to work towards (as is my yt'playlist named) and timely(uncoincidental. i have been observing,.. &preparing,.. now you show around concretely). thank you for the open house(institute) &gym. have thEse(gyms) in every country (&city to say) .. if i'll be so lucky enough to even get to migrate to an area where there is one, i'll bigtime consider going for it (native &living'in belgium coast'side, good chance i'll move to spain >'30) (similar sentiment &intent to chek institute'live & clinic). (or: procure more items &space on'top'of basic'allround setup of thEse'years If i can make it happen) perhaps intrigueing: casada powerslider & medipull big thanks

If I'm not mistaken, the late, great Dr Mel Siff thought Swiss balls were a joke.

Sorry, I have great respect for your knowledge and experience, I would like to ask a question outside of athleticism, but which athletes use (nootropic) such as bemitil or vinpocetine etc. What do you think 🤔 💬
@DonK-fd9hy11 ай бұрын
I have seen the early videos of functional training. Any publication for functional training except Micheal Boyle, something else. Functional training in athletics takes up about 30%, if I'm not mistaken, 60% special and 10-20% General accord V.N Platnov, maybe I'm wrong because you have much more knowledge.

Me? Swiss ball, wobble board, foam rollers and a yoga mat, btw I could kneel on my Swiss ball right now, that’s what’s up for me

Hey Paul what are your thoughts on not being able to selectively recruit fast twitch muscle fibers, and if you train slow to failure eg Mike mentzer Arthur Jones you will recruit the fast twitch fibers because of intensity? Also how about how specific a movement is eg snowboarding vs surfing? One is not necessarily really good at the other, isn’t it just strength which crosses over?

Paul I’ve never seen you do oly lifting? That’s a bit sissy due to how many years you’ve trained and the experience you have with the barbell.
