Not shooting wider than 40mm? Brave man! What do you do when you’re in a tight space and need to take a group shot?

I primarily shoot 50mm and have that 40mm in my bag and use that in lieu of something like a 35mm. I do use a 14-24mm for reception dance floors so that is in my bag if I desperately need to go wider, but normally I can back up far enough to get the shot. I love being limited by focal length to try and capture the moment in a more creative way. Plus my wife and second shooter typically shoots on a 24-70mm so I know she likely has the shot as well.

Thanks for sharing another great video. Couple of quick geeky questions as I also use a Sony A7iii. As you shoot manual, just wondering how you set ISO on the camera while shooting? My process is to set my desired shutter/aperture combo (which don't typically move much) and then use the control wheel on the back (via a custom setting) to scroll through the ISO values until the desired exposure is achieved. That's the quickest way I've found to do it, but was wondering if you used a different method? And for weddings, is your go-to focus mode Lock-On Flexible Spot Small? Thanks again.

Yeah I set Shutter and aperture first, then go to ISO for exposure. Same process there. And for focus I use Lock-on Center Spot (I think).

I think it may be the 7. For me it came as part of a bundle when I ordered a camera. Never learned the specifics of the bag itself.
