I think a review on your notes could be helpful. How you take notes and what makes note taking easier, not your personal notes. I let go of IG and FB to get myself back onto reading and not have to be obsessed with notifications like you mentioned. I got back in my guitars. But reading and note taking have taken my course of time into productive mode which I enjoy very much. Workbag video 🙌🏼

Hueguh That’s something I realized as time went on and “life” seemed so chaotic. But I realized it wasn’t; life can seem fast if we ourselves go with the motions. But that’s good to know I’m not overthinking it. I was hesitant at first. The note taking took course as I had more free time and I became more aware of my valuable time to grow and think about my life as reflection.
