If you plug to power... Will spin with out water ? Or has a water sensor inside?

It will spin. There is no sensor.

Excellent video! I have one question, i need to mount mine in the horizontal position. I'm thinking that that would be with the printed name plate facing down. Is that correct? Thanks, Bob

The motor needs to be in the horizontal position and that is with the motor data info which is printed on the top of the motor facing the walls of the house, not the roof or the floor. I hope this helps!

How do you free the pump if the pump is jammed from light debris?

you can pull the power head off and spin the impeller by hand
