To comply with regulations you require a timer that separates heating and water so yes you can 👍🏻

If I had a £1 for every time a customer said to me "nobody has ever done that before " referring to the burner and baffle removal and refitting when I service a boiler when it clearly shows the procedure on the front of the heat exchanger or in the MI . Too many con artists or poor engineers out there who do not know what they are doing. I have so many customers who I have gained asking what the flue gas analyser is " no one has done that ever" Frustrating to say the least

Thanks for your reply ,I’m not a plumber ,just looking to see what is involved in a service on this model of boiler before getting someone in to service it, or even have it ripped out and replace with a combination boiler it’s only 2 years old I can not understand why the last owner put this whole system in when all that is required a straight combination boiler running of the mains instead of 2 cold water tanks and a 3ed tank for hot water plus a shower pump,,,,,more like a money making exercise,,that’s why I watch you tube,,,,,thanks again Mike,,,

Daniel A nothing mate I did it to show guys like you so you can make your mind up about a boiler you have probably never see or fitted. The boiler is probably better than your spelling though. Thanks for your comment and watching cheers

Open any new boiler they are all the same and yes you will be shocked at the level of parts that look like they should be no where near heat But they work for a short time 10 - 15 years if you are lucky - Just a point about Worcester I asked every engineer who came in my house what would you have in your house 90% of them said Worcester only time will tell They do need a new paint inspector and I will be writing to them about the finish on the boiler if you know the term "orange peel " then this strongly applies to my new Worcester 30 RI compact shocking paint job / powder coating

@@boyse69 Agreed on the good design & quality of Worcester boilers. Consistently achieve Which? Best Buy status.
@leemclaughlin39273 жыл бұрын
ive got this exact boiler and its 10 year old -its just very recently had a new fan because it was noisy (but still working-plus in hind sight i could of just strengthened the orange rubber mounts as they had just got saggy ) whilst in there obvs did the burner seal and replaced theigniter cost was £90 and a doddle to fit these parts- so if it goes another 10 years thats good going in my book 10/10 boiler imo

I know what's in a Worcester boiler, way too much crammed into too small a space, nightmare to work on. Give me a viessmann, Baxi or Vaillant any day of the week.
