I like the vibe of your videos and it's a satisfying concept, but it's hard to keep watching more videos when that vibe is interrupted in each one so you can tell us to like and subscribe and check your links. These videos would be so much better if you saved that until the end. I would want to watch way more of these videos without the interruptions. Old disabled house bound dusty rusty rockhound here: So much variety. My favorites are the light one with the "plant" inside and the last 2. Some of those could make beautiful back-lit slabs. Looking forward to watching you slab those fancier ones!

Very unique agates for sure. I was happy to hear your thoughts on the thick sintered blade. I just bought one but have not tried it yet. I have some larger jaspers to cut and thought the thick sintered would be a help. I have never tried the notched blade that came with the saw and from what I have read, it's best saved for a get by spare.

When deciding how to cut any particular agate, is there a method involved or do you just go by feel? For elongated agates I would think one would try to get as large a face on them as possible - but what about those that are the same size all around? Thanks!

Am I dreaming, or are these agates different colors than what you've been working on before? The very first agates you cut apart here tonight: the colors were so deep and different that I was actually reminded of Turkish carpets.
