Turning 60 has brought all kinds of nice surprises. Where to start…. Slower reaction times, decline of coordination, a step down in balance, and then loss of power…
Then let's talk about slower metabolism and all the supplements I use to take for recovery, training, and performance. Now, I take prescription medications now…. Birthdays now come with Over the hill balloons… Now when I ride the MTB trails I no longer push myself to the edge. I stopped riding the the light MTB and now ride a fat bike that has more traction and way more stable. Plus the speed are slower. I totally love riding my Trek Farley 9.6.
