Year 2014 I was making $100 per month as a PHP Developer year 2016 as Angular Developer I was making $900 per month. Year 2019 I was making $2500 per month. I crossed $90K per year in 2021. Now making close to $200K per anum but 60% of which taken by my recruiter as I'm not living in USA but working Remotely from Pakistan

@@thedislikebutton163 actually it’s a corporate company as well so most of the US based companies can either hire locally or hire from third party companies so the contract is between 2 companies so living in a 3rd world country is what these agencies are cashing into Billions

When you take an offer to your current company/manager do you show them the offer letter or simply discuss the number that was offered to you while you interviewed? All this is obviously with the intention for your current company to match the offer or offer you a higher salary.

Initially you them verbally but later on they may so for proof and you have to show written offer
