In the UK we are already prepping for fall, unfortunately we have had no summer sunshine no heat , Just rain 😢 So I’ve excepted what I can’t change.. and is now decorating for fall instead which is pleasing 😊

I love Pax, but I discovered, by accident, the Bror cabinet that is supposed to go into the garage or something like that, but fit perfectly into my scandi-industrial-modern look (mainly blacks and whites with pops of color) and I totally love it. I wish I had more space, but I don't want my bedroom to look cluttered. It is incredibly masculine and sleek and I recommend it to anyone wanting a dresser alternative (I personally can't stand dressers; as someone who lived abroad, Hispanic homes use armoires and I wanted something in that vicinity). Love the Vaghojd lamp! In my card it goes.😀

Ikea is getting soo expensive for what it is. I love ikea stuff but the price has made me stop shopping there. It used to be the place to go for affordable furniture but they have matched prices with everyone else. I'm not talking about stores like pottery barn and arhaus just like wayfair and at home ect...

I completely disagree. Yes, Ikea prices have gone up but so has everything. And the style and quality of Ikea products have improved tremendously. If you want furniture and decor for your first apartment, Ikea may be too pricey for big items, but for most people who want something with style and will last for several years, Ikea is a good price point. Other sites may hay lower prices, but the stuff is usually very inferior. Imo 😊

After moving recently I had to get a new closet. And I was set on getting a PAX. I don't regret a thing. It was worth every single cent. Because I have a single room, I build my Pax in a way, that I have a separate closet space (separate door) with all my DIY stuff and tools. The rest is - well - my closet :D With enough storage for all my clothes, bags, and even room to grow. I really love it. Especially the fact that I could switch out the doors in case I get tired of them one day

I wish the Lanesund sideboard was less deep. I would have totally put it in this hallway I have behind my kitchen island but it's 18 and a half inches deep! That's waaaaay to much. What happened to ikea having 12 inch deep cabinets and sideboards? For the past few years it's all 15 or 17 inches and now they upped the anti and went even higher to 18 1/2😒🙄 Did they forget that most people who buy ikea live in condos?😢 when Valentina said it can go behind a sofa I thought it was maximum 12 inches.

If you’re talking about the large black thing to the side her and up against the window? I believe that is actually a large vessel. She does have a mushroom shaped lamp in a concrete finish that is featured in one of her videos. From memory if you look through her playlist the thumbnail will have a picture of the mushroom lamp in it. The big black vessel is also talked about in a few of her videos but off the top of my head I can’t point you in a direction for that one sorry. I hope this helps? 😊

Fun video. I'm so glad you are promoting Ikea. We have one here in the Dallas area and I love it. I've never purchased one of their throws. Do you know if they pill up after you wash them. It's so frustrating when I purchase something beautiful and functional then after one or two washes it starts to pill. Then I hate to leave it out when we have guests bc they look ratty. Thanks

You pour hot water in the holder and let it sit for awhile. The wax lifts out. It takes a little cleaning out but it works!

My favorits are Sanella in lightbrown, the Vaghöjd floorlamp, the tossberg chair in white cloth, the jattesta shelve. I already got the tablecloth, bougth it recently, but never used it until now. And I must say: I never liked the smell of the ikea candles. Thank you for the inspirations. I always like your home very much and I am in the process to change a lot in my own home.
