Something not mentioned in the video: PvZ heroes now has a bigger hacking problem. It isn't as harsh as GW2 or BfN but it did make the game unplayable for a bit. Players are either getting softlocked on the matchmaking screen or hackers make their opponents concede

the matchmaking kicks you from joining multiplayer because for some reason, the anti cheat was coded to only allow people level 1-45 (45 being master rank) , so when you enter with a level 46 character, it doesnt know what to do and kicks you

You can still level up the characters they’ll just gain negative levels, but you can still earn the upgrades for them and the ranks

The characters, which all got mastered without any upgrades, can still get upgrades. Just get some xp, and you'll level up and get the upgrades and rank plates!

Around two and a half minutes into the video, you said it's possible to regain missing character upgrades after having them locked from becoming master via the frosty manager. My account is facing the same issue with some of my characters and I was wondering if you know how to fix this issue regarding missing/locked character upgrades?

Nope, the unban waves just kind of happened and I got lucky I guess? BFN’s definitely not getting fixed, which is the game that I’m a lot more upset about in this case 😭
