I'll have to make do with my little Icon bit and ratchet kit for a little while. Though, I have replaced all the bits with Wiha and the socket adapter with a Koken one. But I just ordered the Wera hex plus, long 9pc hex key set this morning. I got the laser black ones with color-coated grips for just over 36 bucks. I think the regular price is $55 on them. I've needed long hex keys for a while now, but im probably going to be replacing my short sets with Wera, too. But I'll still be expanding my bits more before too long. They've got a nice 32 piece Vessel set on sale for $26 and some change on Amazon right now. I just really like the JIS drive on the phillips. But I'm waiting to take advantage of the 40% off Icon sockets at the end of next month at Harbor Freight.

Cool...I've been really happy with Wiha bits and Koken does what they do very well. You will really like Wera's Hex Plus Profile...they can even break free, or run in some pretty mangled heads. The 40% off deal will be very helpful.

One of these days, err years. I'm gonna treat myself to one of these . I keep saying that, year after year Yes, that tool of the day glow plug thing I almost grabbed. It was a good price actually. but yes I work on some Euro Trash stuff.

The Wera are always priced the best. Sometimes, at least in my opinion, you can get better value with the Hazet, or Stahlwille. I'd just wait until there is something that you really like and pull the trigger. I nearly bought that too...seemed like it could be useful and as you mentioned, it was a great price!

Already have the Wera tool-check that I've customized to add a rotohead 1/4 mini ratchet as well as a few sockets so there are no skips. How cool would that little Wera mini tool-check type thing to have 3-4 flip sockets instead of just 3 normal sockets?

Nice upgrades! The flip sockets would add a lot of versatility...I'm kind of surprised Wera doesn't have a line of them now that you mention it. Maybe they will add them in the future.
