It would be great if a Visitor can "Push" on a "Mic" Icon, and HOLD DOWN to LEave a "VOICE MESSAGE", and the ChatBot will transcribe the Voice message into Texts. And When "Record" is copmpleted, ChatBot shows Transcribed Texts to visitor which then allowing user to edit(if any is incorrectly tanscrbied). "Don't worry, Your Voice Message is Recoreded and will be forwarded to Customer Support!" In some important subject(or situation), the tone of VOICE takes huge role in understanding the contexts better. Hope you'll add this feature^^~ in the future! THank you odoo Team!
