Randy is going about this the right way in order to protect the survivability of his company while evolving his overall vision. He's running his company the same way more people should run their households by staying within budget and avoiding the credit game that leads to debt. We Americans who've grown up in the land of plenty have a "drive through mentality" expecting instant results. We've become victims of the debtor economy fueled by a parasitic credit industry. Randy is taking the intelligent approach by not playing their game. But that means we have to be more patient as funds become available.

Great Update Tour! The place just looks like it's flourishing and the spirit of everyone there seems so positive. Amanda sounds genuinely thrilled with everything as she narrated in today's video, and she truly enjoys interacting with the residents and workers and knows all their stories. Randy was just beaming by the end of today's ride around. I'm glad he manages to come up sunshine in spite of a few weirdos trying to spoil everybody else's positity in the comments. It's a rare gift. I think today's tour was a real 'Tour de Force' in showing solid accomplishments in spite of Covid, supply line delays and the Biblical non-stop rains and mud they had this spring. The large number and wide range of styles of homes we were able to see today was awesome. I did have a suggestion for what to put on the Island in the pond: What about a gazebo on the island with a cute little arched bridge going over to it? (I could see some of your big rocks from excavations over on the mountain stacked at either end of the bridge.) Make it big enough for a few residents to gather for a birthday party or coffee and donuts, etc. Anyhow....loved seeing all the progress!

Beautiful sticks and trees granted how far are you from a shopping mall how many doctors are within a 10 mile radius remember a lot of people that can only afford what you have knee doctors and how far are they and what are their choices? I doubt it where you are in Tennessee I doubt it did. They realize how hot and humid. It is in Tennessee in the summer months. I think you should share that with the people and I believe that the first thing you need to do stop selling $200 a month that’s not going to get you your town hall your clubhouse, your swimming pool and all the niceties that you want to put in it’s not gonna do it you know that now or you should and you need to get with someone with a lot of money and wants to take a gamble and build out your facility first you’re only kidding yourself but that’s your business and keep pushing $200 a month and see where it gets here and how long it’s gonna take you to get there. Good luck brother good luck.

Do you know how to use google? You can find the answers to these questions in a few seconds. ITH is located about five minutes from Newport, so shopping is convenient. And Randy has been very open about how humid it is there, how much rain and snow they get, even showed how to fling a snake into the woods. The people who are buying there are not looking for a country club, they want a reasonable place to live. You'd have them bought out by an investment company and paying $900+/mo if you were running it, but that's not what they came for.

What is a community in simple words? Community is both a feeling and a set of relationships among people. People form and maintain communities to meet common needs. Members of a community have a sense of trust, belonging, safety, and caring for each other -I thought this definition was pretty much summed up what you all have there! Hold fast!

Randy I watch you all the time I look forward to every new one... I just want to let you know that your explanations are perfect you're upfront about what you do how you do it why you do it in the cost of !!!! Everything!!!! It amazes me how many ignorant people there are in this world when I look at some of the stupid questions that you get asked and ignorant comments made...... Keep in mind these are not people kuno you or who have followed you!! Just ignore them and keep up the good work ninety-nine percent of the public love you and what you're are doing!!

Love this tour update. I worked for a builder here in AZ so under constrution seems perfectly normal. My house was the first built in our subdivision. It takes time and progress is being made. Love Randy and Amanda's enthusiasm!

Randy, you do an awesome job and I think you and Amanda have the best personalities. I’m thinking about a tiny home. I have watched you for sometime and very impressed on the homes that you have built. I live in Alabama not that far away. Keep up the good work. The two of you make that place feel like home that’s what I like about it.

Thank you 😊!! Great video. I enjoyed seeing the progress. On next drive through would you go a little slower as all the houses look wonderful as you name them passing by Amanda. Looking good!!

I LOVE what you’re doing. I wonder if creating curved streets in future developments wouldn’t be more interesting. I support you guys and I hope to buy a house from you eventually. ❤❤❤

This was a treat to watch 3 of your videos today. Thank you so much for taking us through your communities. Don't stop moving. Keep going forward. You both along with your employees are doing an amazing job. The mountain, the Grove, the Beach and what ever else you are coming up with. One day at a time. And Amanda you are a wonderful lady whom I can hardly wait to get to meet one day. I would love to make a trip down there but currently with my husband's health situation I can't leave. Sigh.... But at least I can keep watching your videos and keep dreaming. One day I will make it there. You and Randy are so darn positive. Love you both. Question for you Amanada or Randy, If I design my own Tiny home would you guys build it ? I love all the ideas but after watching the one video today with the lady and all her crafts at Amanada's place, a small place would not fit my needs :) My 10 by 12 office is currently filled with crafts. :) Anyways,. thanks again and hmm, I am going to be looking foward to another video on Monday....My weekend will be missing waiting for your videos to come out.

Are there any sort of pet rules in the community? If people are letting their dogs run without leases then you need to be wary of potential dog fights. I think it would improve the aesthetic of the community a great deal if every house is required to cover up the exposed wheels and cinder blocks underneath its base.

Yes there are pet rules. And the homes all will be skirted at some point. Randy even mentioned it in the video.

I really enjoyed riding along with you two to see all the different places and people. Amanda, I just love that you are back! Some times when I see all the love and help between people there and hear you Randy talk about the plans it just brings tears of joy to my eyes. God Bless that whole place and all the people.
