Hey Greg, hoping you can help me figure out what's going on here... Every time I use web sharp pro and export with a watermark, the watermark comes out looking incredibly pixellated even though I'm using a very high quality png file (the same file looks great when exporting through lightroom. It's almost as if the watermark is being down sampled separately of the final jpeg, and then applied, and then down sampled again when websharp pro exports the final jpeg. Any idea what the problem might be or what I might be doing wrong in the settings? Thanks!

Hi Greg, thanks as ever for all you do. I have just updated to latest PS version this morning and now in Websharp Pro, when I press sharpen, it stops at the part where it asks me to save and select folder to save each time, whereas this morning it just sharpened the file and closed the sharpened version automatically. Not sur eif this is a facet of latest PS version. I have save to original folder selected, so this is a heads up but if you know how to resolve it then great if not no worries, it's just a couple of extra clicks/seconds.

That’s an option under the File tab in settings (“choose folder when saving”).

@@gregbenzphotography yes that's not ticked/selected so not sure why it's still asking but as I said it, like Lumenzia, is a great product so it doesn't matter

Please drop me an email if you’d like to troubleshoot further. Shouldn’t be something you need to accept as is.

Hi Greg, I have followed your recommended setup with the -wspBatchDelete etc. but it does not delete the tif file. It exports but does not delete. Also, when opening from Lightroom, it opens camera raw and must pres open there as well. Please advise.

It’s a bug in my code. I have a fix ready in a beta, email me if you’d like to try. I will probably submit for Adobe review today, which would typically mean approval / release in 1-5 days after that.

Do you have any software for denoise ?? When shooting the Z9 I really need a denoise plug-in

EDIT: I left a comment and got a working solution within minutes! That's the best support I ever got! FANTASTIC!!!! OG: I paid the 27 Euros and it does not work at all :( Whatever I change, it immediately jumps back to the defaults. Nothing gets saved in the settings. I only get the default JPG output. Running on M1 Mac, newest version of Photoshop. What's going on there?

Please update to the latest version and let me know if you’re still having problems. Sounds like you may still be on an older version which was out for a few days with a glitch that might explain those symptoms. gregbenzphotography.com/manage-uxp-panels If that’s not it, please contact me directly (there’s a support link in the flyout menu at top right of the panel). Much easier via email than comments for me to offer robust support.
