There are plenty of posts on different websites that discuss the changes to cabin crew conditions. You just have to search on google instead of relying on KZbin to give you the answers.

To be fair, I think the no uniform on social media rule is actually a good rule. In this day and age having some control over their image and avoiding mass consumption of something they want to keep exclusive is difficult. It prevents people from using the uniform to gain clout in my opinion.

Hi Alex, thanks for your video. I'm following you since a while, and did applied for Middle Eastern airlines in the past, without being selected since 2022. Not long time ago I joined to ship industry and my cv more stronger than before. U think I would have better chance to be selected or having an advantage (ex: crew visas, safety, etc) for an interview. Regards, a follower.

At the end of the day, they should care about the mental health of cabin crew. Unfortunately, many leaders lack diplomacy, negotiation, and open-mindedness, and they fail to prioritize mental health. Being overly strict is not ideal, and we don't live in a dictatorship; history has shown that such policies never end well. Also we are all human beings and kindness is a language of respect 🫡
