if you have a samsung phone go with samsung. i was in same dillema and almost bought ipad air m2. but then a friend recommended to check out tab s9. and it's anyday better in display quality, dex and writing experience is smooth kt feels like you are writing on a full stack of paper it's soft basically. and ipad felt like very hard surface to write on. however if all of this does not affect you. you can go for apple as it has better processor and more life span of updates

i am using a 9th gen it has only 3gb i play fifa mobile full graphic...cod mobile 60 fps .... Netflix vicity in medium graphic..... using notefull as note taking and pdf keeping and viewing and rewriting......also speaker's in high end ipad is great....i wll suggest two ipad ipad air m2 or ipad pro m2 anyone as of your budget take and enjoy for 5 years minimum
