@@nordiindo7021 any dream can turn lucid. You jus need your brain to become aware that it's in a dream. Once you're aware you're in a dream is when you lucid dream. So things like reality checks and practicing those throughout the day so that your brain could do them during a dream and you would understand you're in a dream. Try sleep and wake up about 5 hours in and stay up for 30 minutes doing a quiet activity such as reading. Go back to sleep but close your eyes while trying to stay conscious about yourself your surroundings and what you want to dream about.

Exactly the same. I enter lucid most likely and for rest I sleep but can tell anything that passes by . Last night my mother had gently touched my ankle and I fully woke up in cry. But the fact also is I encounter certain feelings in my room when I actually try to sleep. I feel presence sometimes. Nd then in dreams I have had a weird pattern.. I see houses which are mine nd different ones can never tell locations because I am in but I know it's mine. These are houses I never saw in real life😨. Nd for sometime saw a man who only scares in present house in day light but no one can see him because everyone becomes very slow to process or keep a foot next

I wonder if this REM rebound is something my nephew might suffer from occasionally? He pulled an all-nighter while his mother was in the hospital, then when he took a nap during the day, he jumped up like he'd been hit and attempted to sleepwalk. I had to wrestle him back into the chair so he wouldn't hurt himself and my sister said that he must have been really tired because he hadn't done that in years. is there anyway for us to shorten the sleep cycle? a little bit of my personal experience, there are times when i wake up in the morning and feels like i don't get enough sleep and i'll just hit the snooze button (it's bad i know) and what happen is really weird.. i'm sure i feel like i'm falling back asleep, like into a deep sleep and when i wake up i thought "oh no, i must've miss my alarm since i didn't heard it anymore after i hit the snooze button" but when i look at my phone it's only been 1 minute since i hit the snooze button (my snooze last for about 5 minutes). the weird thing is i feel refreshed as if i have slept for 7 hours during that 1 minute. i can't control this and it just happen randomly.. i experience this a few time already. anyone else who has the same experience as me? and if anyone else know about the theory behind this or better, how to trigger this condition, mind sharing it with me?
