12 cents per gram is the average for monohydrate according to a review?? That's $60 dollars for a 500 gram tub. I recently paid 34 euros for 2kg😅

I buy some stuff from bulk companies, but just found out recently that some, such as Bulk Supplements, have less quality than other brands.

yeah, i usually go for 500g from BioTech USA or BSN (both 200 mesh, premium line). and it cost around 13 to 17 euro. so lets take average 15 Euro = 16 usd , thats like 3 cents per gram.

Creatine is much cheaper in Europe, in my experience. I bought a 1.5kg bag in Germany for like 20 euro when I lived there. Now that I'm back in the US, I can only order from US distributors and 1.5kg would be about $175.

A better question would be what brand of creatine is best? I bet some of the stuff people are buying is nowhere near as pure as they claim. The supplements industry is full of junk and I can’t tell which, if any, of the monohdrate I see for sale is perfect quality.

I tried Creatine HCL, but ended up throwing it away because it gave me gout every time I took it. I can take mononhydrate without any problems.

I’ve been working out for years and have been thinking of starting to use creatine and haven’t done any research on it. This video gives me the knowledge so I know exactly what I want so the gym bros at the shop don’t try and sell me the expensive stuff. Not a useless video

No, unless you do it right before working out and it causes you to lose motivation to lift that day :p Semen retention is a myth. It lowers your testosterone a miniscule amount for a half hour before returning to baseline.
