Every single screen protector for the iPhone 16 pro and pro max with the black borders makes the bezels bigger by covering the edge of the display. Why is nobody talking about this? It’s a huge issue when finding a screen protector. Even most of the protectors that don’t have the black edge are too small and don’t fully cover the display. I’ve tried 8 different brands so far and they’re all the same.

@@ralstondcunha8893 bro i went to a local shop, and asked for a screen protector without the black bezels, managed to get one for £10, try any local phone shop and ask them to show the screen protector to you before they put it on. But it’s hard because other then us no one else is talking about this😂

The Torras has a thinner black edge bezel than the Elago. I’d say the Benks is similar to the Elago in terms of black bezel thickness

The Spigen GlasTR EZ FIT doesn't have black bezels, but the rainbow when wearing polarized lenses and the reflection is killing me when photographing outside. It doesn't go to the very edge of the screen, but if it did I'd be concerned about fitting it into cases or the cage for my photography rig. Been looking to see what is out there as an alternative - can't believe how many are using black bezels. Was interested in the FLOLAB ontime pro clear but it has bezels. 👎

As a suggestion for your next video : whenever you test out any of the screen protectors with black borders for the iPhone 16 Pro Max, open the camera app and check if you can see the white border lines on the screen and the black border doesn’t cover them. Because most of the screen protectors with black borders ( 98% of them more precise ), are covering actual part of the screen.

Good tip. I’ve just tired it with the benks I still have on mine and it IS clipping them.

My first screen protectors were all manual alignment but amazing how nowadays, applicator frames are pretty much standard

Yes they are super handy to have them now. It’s pretty hard to mess them up using them.

Do they by any chance make your phone less bright?
@CarPlayLife27 күн бұрын
Not the clear ones. There are privacy ones that might do that, but not clear protectors

Great video! I just wondering if the full screen protector affects in some way to how the selfie camara take photos and of course also the face id system

I’ve never had a problem using one on my phones for many years

Great channel, liked 👍, although screen protectors ain't my thing, more Netflix/YT players for cars with big modern screens 😊
