I am finally free from bad breath and white tongue and acid reflux after using your herbal medicine I was completely free from this problem. I'm glad there are people like you who simply want to help other people struggling with the same problems. Your words gave me the courage I needed to hear today to know that it is okay. I can still be myself and now enjoy my life like I’m supposed to. I am blessed to have found you, Dr. Emovon, on KZbin..🦷

How important is a tongue scraper in preventing gum recession?

A tongue scraper is more effective in treating bad breath! It doesn't really affect recession.

How effective is just using the back of a toothbrush? I notice they usually have some very small bristles on the back. Is it ok to use that or do I need tongue scraper specifically to actually make a difference?

You can just brush your tongue with the regular side with toothpaste and it'll work just as good as the scraper!!!! 👍

Ive used that 2nd one he showed for about 3 years now and it turns your tounge from white to pink. I prefer metal over plastic because metal doesnt give, meaning it doesnt bend like plastic. I first use the tounge scraper, then floss, then brush my teeth, then listerine and i have zero breath odor until I eat something. The cleaner the tounge the stronger food tastes too ive noticed. You can use your brush but all that is doing is moving around the plaque buildup but not actually lifting it off. Try using a metal spoon and see how much plaque you have on your tounge.

@@finesse-emp4945 Worth noting is you should probably get a separate toothbrush for your tongue, at least that’s what my dentist recommended me, I use one in addition to a tongue scraper

Let your dentist know before you even lay on the table so they know before hand that you may be a little shaky. Think positive thoughts know that the dentist are there to help you and not hurt you.Ask them before hand about the appointment what the appointment is for. Are they pulling a tooth are they replacing a tooth anything that they may have to numb you meaning they'll have to use a needle to numb your gums which does hurt at first til the numbing medicine starts to work then you won't feel a thing. Just know whatever the appointment is for it wont be for long I'm just giving you advise on how I approach the dentist because I'm terrified of the dentist idk why I just get so nervous when I'm going and I'm 22 years old and still get extremely nervous going to the dentist. Im sorry if nun of this help I jus wanted to try an give a little advise. You got this!!! 👍
