Hi Lesley, I hope I understood. Are you saying that on this Contrology chair the angle of the pedal is consistent? Vs. the BB Combo chair where the position of the springs determines the angle? Thanks so much!!

Hey Kate, so BB has many chairs and the pedal can move a little or a lot depending on which springs and which hooks. The Contrology pedal even on the highest hook settings will be lower than most Wunda Chairs to start. It probably lowers a little bit based on the other spring levels but its not as noticeable to me because it starts off lower. Its based on the Kathy Grant chair Joe made. Also only 2 springs both the same weight. Let me know if you have any other questions xx
