Traditionally done with 1 top and 1 bottom spring.
FINE-TUNE THIS EXERCISE:
Maintain reach into the pedal at all times. It's easy to transfer your weight into your hands and then feel like you are going to fall off the pedal. Always control the pedal on the up and the down by reaching into it.
