I have extremely fast metabolism..cant skip any meal as i would feel so grumpy and weak . Havnt gain or lost any weight since i was 17-18 and i am turning 27 this year and still skinny as usual.And yes i eat like a pig and i tried eating healthy too ...Nothing works LOL . Even if i gain weight like 3-5 kgs after tons of efforts ,i would loose it by the time i stopped following that routine

Being picky is very difficult. Maybe you can try natural remedies? Some spices/herbs, plants, flowers etc makes you have more appetite for example from what i know fenugreek.. where i am from they make a muxture from fenugreek powder mixed with garlic and tomato paste and herbs so you can put it on a slice of bread and eat or use it in rice etc. And it really makes you eat more food like for example for me it gets difficult to stop eating controlling myself 😂 just google for this kind things.. maybe there are natural pills made from herbs plants etc to have bigger appetite. Just give it a try

Slow means you gain weight faster then fast. you have a fast metabolism if you barley have meat on ur hips

You’re never going to lose weight starving yourself and skipping meals. Low calorie diets are never sustainable and neither are diets (low carb, sugar free, etc) Just eat healthier, make your favorite foods but healthier or just also eat your favorite foods and don’t feel bad about it, and exercise. A certain number on the scale doesn’t really determine whether you’re healthy or not, a balanced lifestyle does. Life is too damn short to miss out on memories with family and friends at dinner because you’re scared of food. Just eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re full. In all honestly that’s going to be hard. Trust me, I used to starve myself too and developing a healthy relationship with your body and food is hard and it’s something I’m still working on. It’s worth it though. So just eat healthy, exercise, love your body, and fuel your body with the food it wants. Your body know more than you think it does

Trust me , having a fast metabolism for me is the worst .. I can’t gain any weight and I just have to eat and eat without any result.. I also have some health problems and get dizzy often , so a fast metabolism with that is like lemon juice on an open wound 😀
