I think Michael’s gotten a lot of rhinoplasties (the 1st time being that he broke his nose, second time to perfect his breathing from that injury and also the third, the fourth time being out of insecurity bc his father made fun of his nose, and then so on) which lead to his nose starting to collapse and look really pinched, but to me his eyes and his eyebrows and smile have stayed the same. A lot of his ethnic features like his lips look a lot prominent because his skin became white because of his vitiligo. He could’ve gotten more done, but there was A LOT done to his nose specifically. It does make me sad that he felt so insecure about himself because he really was beautiful inside and out and dealt with a lot in his life to lead to this.

Selena technically has always had thick lips ever since she was a kid and she even had thick lips when she was on wizards of waverly place so I don’t blame people for thinking it’s fake because most people who have thick lips now a days have fake lips but Selena technically got her lips from her mom because her mom also has plump lips but her moms lips looks older I assume because she is older but Kylie has gotten a lot of cosmetic surgery done on her and it’s obvious because she looked completely different when she was a kid unlike Selena who looks the same as she did when she was a kid but the only cosmetic surgery that Selena has gotten for sure is breast implants because her chest was smaller before but I still loved this video. 😊🌻

Selena has lupus and had a kidney transplant. Going through chemotherapy, being on steroids, and taking any sort of antirejection drugs can cause facial changes and severe swelling. She’s always had thick lips and high cheekbones - she’s just gained weight from medications. One of the main side effects of antirejection and steroidal drugs is a round, moon shaped face, along with weight gain. These are medications she’ll have to take for the rest of her life and will continue to change her face.
