The after photos of the ladies show them wearing makeup (no makeup in the before pics). I have seen makeup artists do INCREDIBLE work on older faces & make them appear 20 years younger! So it's possible that the after photos are a combination of surgery, makeup, and/or photoshopping.

You say that, but I have seen cases from South Korea where they actually chisel out the eye sockets in move the eyes over. The problem with these types of surgeries is only some of the surgeons are skilled enough for it to heal correctly and you would have 100% feeling in your face. I saw numerous articles about people talking about having incredible aesthetic outcomes but having numbness, paralysis, and drooling from completely changing the physical structure of their face. Not to mention it took like a year to heal.

I’ve been living in Turkey for ten years. One has to understand few things about the cosmetic medical system. Sometimes, but not always, advertising is done by a third party as doctors don’t have the time to deal with thousands of inquiries from around the world and in different languages. Medical agencies work on commission getting clients and are trained to answer 80 percent of the questions and they can also help with travel arrangements etc. So one clinic can be seen advertised under different Instagram accounts in different languages and possibly priced differently. Kinda like travel agents selling multiple airlines 😂. Most doctors are very highly skilled due to the fact that they do procedures very frequently. Few cases of bad advertising does not diminish the high quality and low cost of their system

As a Turkish person, i feel like i need to enlighten you all. Surgery skills (especially plastic surgery) is one of the few things i am currently proud about my country. Foreigners (usually from USA, west Europe and rich Arabic countries) come here to get surgeries all the time. Health tourism is a very big thing in Turkey. So there are special clinics that were created just for operating on foreigners. They tend to exaggerate their before/afters to gain more attention and be picked by the potential foreigner patients. Because gaining foreigner money is important for the economy. They share foreigner people’s before/afters to also gain attention. Many of the before/afters you’ve seen are non-Turkish patients. So that way the clinic can manipulate and exaggerate the photos all they want, because the patients in the photos are back in their country, they can’t possibly come to Turkey and sue the clinic. Exaggerated before-afters also gain more attention from foreigner customers. That is why the before-afters you see are often very exaggerated

What I love about Dr. Youn is that he, unlike so many plastic surgeons, appears to have morals and integrity and won't do certain things no matter what. You see some horror shows of doctors, if paid, doing WHATEVER the person wants and it's horrific!

I once did a cosmetic procedure - to strenght my neck skin. I was injected multiple times with some substance and when I looked at the mirror, my neck tripled the size! No one had told me to expect that result so I got scared it didn't go away after some days and called the clinic. They said it was normal and would go away. It did. In the end of the treatment, I noticed NO DIFFERENCE. What I wanted to change didn't change at all. I believe it got a bit worse, due to the little fat I had there was indeed removed, but it end up changing my skin's elasticity. THAT was my main goal - and that the treatment did nothing for. ANYWAY... Months go by and just by chance I go to the clinic Whatsapp and find they published a new photo. To my surprise it was two photos of my neck! A "before" - with the swollen neck and the after. I noticed immidiately that the words "before" "after" were not there and noticed the scheme it is... not to be sue for wrong representation. That is exactly what happens with this nose. They don't say in the publicity stunts that the UDGE nose/neck is caused by the injection - the treatment itself. But they use those images to cause impact and mislead potential costumers. I called the clinic saying they had to write down in the picture that was not the size of my neck. If she had use proper photos, one could not see the difference. They always get defensive and a bit agressive towards you. You can sense they dislike when you question anything about the results or the procedures. They also always say it worked, altough you can see it didn't. I am done with cosmetic. If I do something now, it will be cirurgical. I just don't know if I want or can live well with scars.. depending of what they would end up to be.

For the first guy, the best way to tell is by comparing ear lobes. These are like fingerprints and are actually being used as a part of the facial identification in some computer programs. The two ears, while similar, are not the same.

There are many companies in Turkey which are questionable. They are run by ' wild west' types and pay doctors who are not fully qualified surgeons. Or surgeons who have been removed from their countries medical facilities for malpractice. There are some good medically owned businesses with ethical surgeons and great results. Finding them is the hard part....

i have a terrifying story! my mom’s colleague’s friend, a policewoman, went to turkey for a b00b enlargement. she did it, everything was fine, and then she went home. month later, her side started hurting so she went to the ER. they said that it was nothing and that she did a wrong movement. and that she should go back a month later if it hurts more. she went home that time with WORSE PAIN! long story short, the plastic surgery place stole a kidney from her. of course she was a policewoman so she had to go back to the place to carry out the case. when she arrived, it was completely abandoned, and that it was shut down. her kidney was probably selled or put inside someone else

''este'' is a clinic name comes from ''estetik'' which means ''aesthetic'' , so its not a doctors name, and when it comes the before afters, yes they are real, but theres heavy make up and some camera angles difference, as you can see first photo taken with wide angle lens and very close distance, second is far away with long focal length, even that makes huge difference, but yeah the surgeons are very talented too.

I get that some people will argue among themselves whether photoshop is responsible for the change or plastic surgery.The only way to know is to get recommendations from people you know,not someone's cousins friends neighbours brother in law for example. Exactly! My grandparents were so frugal but they had a TON of money on both sides. I remember my grandfather telling me "you want to make money while you sleep." And I guess that attitude passed down to my dad (RIP), because I remember going to his house one day and I had bought something I really liked, so I wanted to show it to him. So I said "Look at this! Isn't it cute? It was on sale...I saved 50%!" My dad replied "Well, if you're spending, you're not saving." Obviously I had no retort, and that has always stuck with me.

The only way they would had to do some work themself on their self care before doing it with doing massage , caster oil on the face , cold spoons under eyes , Tai chi and exercise over time slowly , And facial cloth mask , they would had to use oil for the hair grow back , eat healthy. Anyone can do it really in time with out surgery do it slowly skin can over time just changing lifestyle changes you have to do more then one workout. You have to scrub the body and massage the face pat the skin with lotion.

How do you thoroughly research a doctor? Other than their training and credentials, how are you supposed to find out the satisfaction of their patients? Of course the doctor is only going to refer you to patients that are pleased with their results. They’re not going to direct you to patients who had complications or who are dissatisfied. What questions should you be asking?

Well im sorry but if turkey is so bad, ppl from all over the world wouldnt go there for different procedures since decades. Just because its affordable doesnt mean its bad. Look at all the work from the western docs. Not everyone ls perfect there either. The service, work and hospitality you get in turkey you get nowhere else. But the effect is not that amazing, it is clearly visible that it is the same person, only with a facelift, enlarged lips, a done nose and make-up, nothing special. The nose surgery itself significantly changes the face, and the size of the lips affects the perception of facial proportions. 3:30 I'm sorry, but women can make them look like a completely different person with just makeup, let alone surgery. We saw an Insta account of a surgeon doing nose jobs, a real one, and oh my, those were some changes. INCREDIBLE. The ones in the movie aren't that amazing.

Dr. Mark Ashton, a plastic surgeon from Australia also said "Plastic Surgery is the wild West of Medicine." Dr. Youn, you said research your doctor thoroughly. I have watched episodes of Botched, and I feel that there are still certified plastic surgeons who botch patients by doing unnecessary procedures once the patient is asleep. I know there is plastic surgeon who is double-board certified plastic surgeon but I would never go to him as a patient. Some of the procedures he has done seemed unethical in my opinion. If I saw a plastic surgeon because I thought I had a problem, I would want that doctor to be honest with me telling me the truth. I live in Canada, and although cosmetic surgery probably exist but it is not as popular as in other places. Usually a person is referred to a plastic surgeon for medical reasons.
