Well, IMO I’d say the V2 is Better. Lights on the side of the Ears, The Larger amount of voice commands, and let’s not forget that BEAUTIFUL Brushed Silver Finish. The V1 looked more plasticy and Cheap with the Shinny finish. If you’ve ever seen the Mark 5 in Iron man 2, you’d know that it has a Less shinny and more Brushed Silver look. Plus it just makes the Mask POP more.

Just got the V2 in gold.. Its cool but the V1 is better voice control.. V2 is Lock Mask.. V1 Close.. V1 open V2 Open.. Only differents is that the V2 can Section control and Open de mask on Command.. The V1 can only Section the mask. Also the back is not a magnet anymore it hands on.. you need to remove it with screws..

Did you watch the video? The faceplate is less shiny (the 1st version look like a mirror and in the movies is not like that), the mask can be both opened and sectioned instead of just sectioned ... and not much more I think.
