Haha, that's the troll sign. If you make someone look at it, you get to punch them. I could get you a dozen examples in popular culture spanning over 2 decades and emerging in several countries. I like to think that's how the woman intended it, in which case she's todays winner of the internet. Cause getting on fox news for that is golden.
