What's the Spiritualkey to growin Holiness? What happens when we don't read God's Word?

SOLI DEO GLORIA
He who has ears to hear let him hear
How can we grow in conformity to Christ?
How can we sin less?
What happens when we don't read the Bible?
How to grow in Spirit?
King David says "Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You. Psalms 119:11"
What happens when we don't have a lamp in darkness - we stumble & fall,
And the same will happen when we stop reading the Bible
because the Word of God is a lamp to my feet; And a light to my path."(Psalm 119:105)
When we stop studying & meditating on the Word of God we fall into temptation which births to sin
As a natural man falls sick without bread
So is the Spiritual man falls into sin without the Bible.
A Christian must be diligent & be delighted in the Word of God, for that we need to seek the guidance and the grace of God in His Word through His Spirit.
We can only be diligent by the Power of God because in our flesh we face many temptations and distractions & many times we make excuses .
We must ask God for His help or else we fail.
As DL Moody once said " The Bible was not given for our information but for our transformation".
