Had an argument with a girl at lunchtime in school. Must have been 7/8 years old. She said, "I'm going to tell my Dad you did Karate on me". At the time, I went to a Karate lesson that her Dad went to. I thought she was bluffing and ignored her. The next day in assembly, the headteacher gave a speech saying anyone doing martial arts on other students would be in trouble and they'd make sure they couldn't do martial arts in any lesson in the local area". Went to my Karate lesson, there's her Dad getting in my face for hitting his daughter. I was so young I didn't even defend myself against this accusation. Still pissed off about it now.

Once, when I was 6-8 years old, my mom had a package of Oreos in her closet. My brother and I both knew about it. They disappeared and my little brother watched me take the blame. Some time later she got another pack of Oreos, hid them in the same place, but this time she didn’t tell me about them. When they disappeared, she had her culprit, and I got to watch my brother get lectured for both Oreo thefts. He tried to blame me again, and got in even more trouble for lying.

It's sadly going to continue because of how many men actually do fit that narrative. Those men do not represent men as a whole but there sure are a lot of them to the point of it being an expectation of sorts. nobody wants to immediately believe that a man they know and love could be the same man who hurts people, but it happens way too often. It sucks that men who hurt people ruin the credibility of men in general in society's eyes. I know and you know that most men are great people and would never harm a soul. Unfortunately it only takes a few bad bananas to make people think that the whole bunch is bad.

It is a double standard and the standard is based on the old-fashioned, pseudo-scientific belief that women by nature of being naturally maternal, cannot possibly be seen as a threat to the safety of others, especially children. If she does stray from that definition, she is an annomaly and not to be taken as an accurate representation of her sex. You can thank the men of "science" back in the past for that one. Of course it is a proven false belief but old views colored with romanticism die hard.

Was accused of throwing a rock to my teacher's son when I was in 3rd grade. 8 other classmates walking with my teacher's son and he's crying with all of them shouting at me. He nodded saying I threw rocks at him, but I was walking out of the library. Even my teacher shouted at me. I was hurt. I wish someone vouched for me, but no one else was around and I tried to explain I came from the library, yet no one believed me.

Parents got a call that I was seen smoking weed in front of the school. Now that part admittedly was half true since I did smoked but never near the school. But here's where the accusation takes place, someone apparently saw me smoke by the portables across the street despite me never going there, never had any classes there, nor even using that bathroom. Another time was I had left a quinceanera with my family and grandma. We’re loading into the car and just as we drive off my mom turns back to me and said “I smell weed” in an accusatory tone. Should be noted, I was clean and hadn't smoke in years, anyways she made me go through my pockets and smelled me. This did upset not only me but my father because I said I hadn't smoke in year's but she threatened to drug test me and kick me out despite having no evidence I had done anything. The next day, my father goes off saying he was pissed at my mother blatant behavior

For me it was domestic assault. My exe falsely had me arrested. This was after she baby trapped me because she had lost custody of her twins. Then had me agree to relocate back to our small home town. Lost my new business. It took me 4 years of living in my brother basement and court trials to clear my name. All the while she still cried wolf then ran away with my son. This started in 2015. At the same time with criminal court. I was also fighting in family court. That's when karma hit her. Her next relationship was a real abusive but I only found out 1.7 years later after she had abandoned my son to her brother. A guy who couldn't produce any children ever. I was upset because all this time I never had a clue my son was just a few streets behind my brother's home. And it was now my exe brother who refiled for courts and the exe didn't want anything to do with it. Once this started round two. The ex reappeared and didn't want me involved with my son at all. This woman is certainly messed up in her head, her brother wanted me to be slightly part of my son's life. I remember the judge saying to them that what you think it's going to happen if someone asked the boy where is the bio dad or I saw your father. At that moment I had little hope. So supervised visit starts yet I was innocent of all charges and my exes family is retaining some evil grudge towards me by sabotaging my visit. Canceling my days appointed by courts. Then covid hits. Its now 2021 and I haven't seen my son since 2016. When my exe exe showed up where I lived before my son. She was a lazy couch potato. It took 1 year before she got a job at Kentucky chicken. Then her second job because Kentucky was too hard. I even supported her through when she was served by her exe for her twins. So I'd end up paying for her greyhound bus back and forth to our hometown just little over 320 miles away. A little later I'd discovered the multiple barage of cheaters red flags, she had started an affair with the bus driver and 2 other men. When I confronted her her. She'd throw herself on the ground and had a tantrum like a child even in public. Like wow I felt small in the eyes of onlookers. Her second job was a nightly cleaner for a university in Northern Ontario. She didn't last long there. Then decide to take a PSW course of 24 wks which she aced and I supported. All this plus having her twins visited periodically. She never wanted to make time for her kids. I was taking care for an Italian friend's home and property, running my own freshly started roofing business plus working for a friend who also had roofing business and taking care of her kids while she was in her cheating fog still. Her kids loved that I'd taken time after working from 3 type of work and resented their mother. After my son was born my life made a swan dive for a epic crash and burn. Literally lost everything, spent few weeks in protective custody cell on them false domestic charges and now outcast by everyone I know except 2 or 3 friends. I haven't dated since. I still have trust issues towards women but took 3 years to even acknowledge women in conversation. Even I was found not guilty because her story was so inconsistent and stack of evidence I had. The cops never charged her for false accusations. And they tampered with evidence themselves. Which brings me to today. My life never recovered well damaged was done. Never seen my son since, living at my brother's place. And most recent a snowblower accident resulting losing two fingers. So yea I'm living a peachy life, not.

Got accused for stealing someone's fidget toy. I knew it was my ex-friend because I told her to look after my bag while I went bathroom. Came back with people were surrounding the place I left my bag and friend. When I went closer, there were whispers, the owner of the fidget toy said "Did you steal my toy?", I replied no. They didn't believe me until my "friend" came back from where ever she went. It back fired on her because literally EVERYONE dislikes her. So the owner looked at me, looked at my friend with a dirty gaze then looked back at me and smiled. "It's fine" then she walked away.The crowd left too. My friend had her fake sad face but I just took my bag and left... (I broke our friendship for another reason, not this)

Another one was when I was trying to get back a magazine from a ‘friend’ that she didn’t want to give back. I've been in the banking industry for almost 20 years. For some of that time in 2005, I was in charge of the morning shift at a bank branch. There are a lot of opening procedures that I obviously won't get into for security reasons, but one of them is standing at a designated lookout point to observe any signs of tampering or building infiltration that could've happened overnight. The lookout point for that branch was a flower stand across the street. As usual, I was the first person to arrive. I'd gotten there so early that I'd brought a muffin for a quick breakfast. I knew that no one was coming for at least 10 minutes, so I turned to face the wall of the flower stand and eat with a little privacy. A few seconds later, a middle-aged woman marched up to me. Her: What are you doing? Me: Huh? Her: What are you _doing?_ Me: I'm eating. Look, I've got a muffin. Her: Oh! I thought you were... Uh... Me: What? Her: Well, it's just that there was was that bombing in London yesterday, and I got nervous... Me: You think I'm a terrorist. Her: You looked suspicious! Me: I work across the street, and I'm waiting for my coworkers. What, did you think I was going to bomb the flower stand? Her: I've gotta go- Me: Yeah, you have a nice day. I'm Filipino American, so I look _just_ "exotic" enough for some people to assume I'm a foreigner or can't speak any English. I'm used to that. But that morning was the only time anyone has ever accused me of being a terrorist. I hope that woman learned to chill out.

In 2012, my crazy ex boyfriend contacted me on FB and accused me of stalking his current gf by going to the main office of her apartment complex and requesting the manager to have her come down there to talk to me. He threatened me with legal action. I told him to go right ahead because the day and time she told him that I supposedly done this deed, I was at work and could prove it with CCTV footage of me at my desk from 630am to 3pm and could not have possibly been at the apartment office at the time she insisted I was there...I said I'd gladly bring my security camera footage to court as evidence if she brought hers from the apartment office and have the apartment manager come to court and testify if I had indeed came to the office that day and asked for her. I then told him he was a jerk and I was glad he found someone as crazy as he was and that if he threatened me like that one more effing time, HE would be at the other end of a lawsuit. Never heard from him again. He ended up marrying this lady because she lied about being pregnant...soon after, he died under suspicious circumstances. 😒

Her story was that they were at a McDonald's and she went in to use the restroom and when she came back to the car he'd had a massive heart attack and was dead in the driver's seat. Supposedly she had him creameated and put his ashes in the trunk of her car. She then took over his FB page and taunted his family with messages on FB. His family tried to have his account deleted but wasn't able to. His death was confirmed by his brother. She hassled his family for years then stopped all of a sudden. The whereabouts of her and his ashes are unknown to this day. 😒

nothing super awful, but I still remember this incident clear as day and I'm pretty sure it fricked me up pretty bad at the time I went to church camp at the age of 12 just like a lot of other girls in my area, but the thing about me is that I've never made friends very easily and this particular go around at camp I didn't have any friends I very quickly became known as the "creepy" one of the group in my cabin of 15 other girls since I didn't really like to talk to any of them and I guess they thought I liked staring at them while they got changed at night and in the mornings (like, I'm sorry, but I had a bottom bunk that was second in the row of 7 bunk beds, so it wasn't against a wall except at the headboard - any way I faced I was going to be looking at SOMEbody) I didn't btw, I was just too awkward and shy to do much of anything besides stare into space, and I suppose they thought I was staring at them ANYWAY day 4 in the weeklong camp several of the girls in my cabin had some of their underwear go missing - bras, panties, all that business - and OF COURSE immediately they all thought I did it I tried - albeit in a very weak and spineless manner - to tell them I had no reason to want to do that, but nobody would listen they all told our counselor that I'd done it and we even came back on day 5 to find all their missing stuff on MY bunk I'm pretty sure the counselor knew I didn't do it because it never escalated up to the adults, but I was ostracized for the entire rest of the week and nobody from our cabin would even look at me aside from the counselor yeah, upon further reflection, pretty sure I'm still bitter about that, and that's why I never went to another church camp after that

As for the church part they probably just were all from Christian families because I seriously doubt they studied the Bible while at camp. Kind of like if you went, as an adult, to a gay bar. You go there to enjoy yourself and meet new people with similarities. Also to hook up, but that's not important the first two points were.

And the funny thing was, I remember that that girl's mom was completely calm about the whole deal (probably the only one with a level head on her shoulders). She did arrive a bit angry, but quickly calmed down after she learned what had happened.

Here’s a light hearted one: It was third grade and I was sitting in the lunch room with my class. Across from us, was were the fifth graders sat. I was minding my own business until something caught my eye, a classmate nearby was holding a rubber band in such a way that she was gonna “send it”. And send it she did- at a fifth grader’s face. Unfortunately, I made eye contact with the fifth grader and he immediately blamed me. Two lunch ladies came by and told me to move to the table where bad kids go. I kept telling them it wasn’t me, I didn’t want to snitch though, and it wasn’t until I had my tray away from everyone else on the other table did the girl who actually did it fessed up. On the flip side, I got an apology from the fifth grader who accused me of doing it.

At an old job in a pharmacy I used to work in I got accused of taking money from the till by the manager. She berated me in front of the whole pharmacy while customers were in. After that she recounted it and it was the correct amount. She never apologised. I left and found a much better job 😃

Back in second grade, my parents were getting divorced, so my mental stability was in a pretty fragile state. As a result, a couple of my classmates decided it would be a good idea to take advantage of me by doing bad things and framing me for it. I always got punished for it, which would send me into an anxiety attack and I would hide under my desk and sob while everyone watched me. Then I’d be sent into the hallway. Sometimes until the school day was over. I don’t remember the specifics of what I was framed for, since it was around a decade ago, but I seriously considered running away multiple times. And as I got older, it only got worse. I’m entering 12 grade now and I think people are finally starting to forget how I used to be.

Not me but my brother . He was stopped one night leaving my house . I lived on a well used road in town . After he left on his way home he was stopped and questioned by the police . They asked if he was flashing his pecker at passing cars ,specifically a police car . He told them no , as he couldn't get it out past his zipper . They laughed at him and let him go . I was accused of mass emailing very bad stuff to many teachers at my school. One day my history teacher had emailed me saying she liked my response on a class discussion. I didnt read through the whole email and just replied thanks. I realized later that she copy and pasted the response into the email but it was not mine. I was about to email her back to correct her but it was already too late. Appearently she used it as a trap because the response that she sent was posted by the same account that had sent her things like d*ck picks, anti womans rights things, and more. What made it even worse is the same account sent anti semetic things to my german teacher and since i was the only student who had the first teacher and a german class, they assumed i was guilty without any other evidence. All accusations were dropped when i proved to my mom that it wasnt me and she went apeshit to the schools staff. Thanks mom.

For me it’s not the same, but kinda ? Being a teen who’s growing up crazy fast i’m not used to my own body’s new proportion. Anyway basically i’m clumsy and sometimes I bump into people. But when someone accuses me of bumping into them intentionally and being a pervert, I am internally revolted by it because I know i would never do that kinda thing but i’m Also ashamed that I can’t prove my innocence in a way people will believe me and it doesn’t sound like a pervert trying to make up an excuse. On the assistant’s defense, it’s actually very hard to hear students talk. You generally see them. That’s where the confusion is. Also, when buster, most students will make up some cheeky excuse, so even if it’s reality you can’t expect them to believe you. Also, talking is forbidden in class because you’re supposed to pay attention ( whether this is a right thing to forbid is irrelevant to the point I’m making btw.) and voicing a song in your head does not mean you don’t pay attention, but it’s the same as talking so punishing someone’s for it whether it’s fair or not makes sense in the context of current education system

Oh!! Just about 9 months ago! I was stopping at the grocery store less than 3mi from my house... I have wicked insomnia & had been up all night & was EXHAUSTED but just needed to grab milk, yogurt & Nutella, haha. So, I backed into a spot pretty near the front of the store- literally planning for my speedy getaway- car is shut off, keys tossed in my purse on the passenger seat- I got a piece of paper & sharpie out to write the exact 3 dumb things I needed so u would NOT get sidetracked & just get in& out- had that sitting on my lap& I just got this seriously gnarly wave of exhaustion hit me- so, I locked my doors (because, well, why not?) & I leaned my seat back a bit, yanked my hat down over my eyes a bit & figured I needed to just rest for a little bit. Nothing wrong with THAT- I mean it was also friggin 10am on a Thursday- not exactly my high grocery store "traffic" time... Next thing I KNOW- I'm getting jolted awake by the classic "cop knock/POUND ON THE WINDOW NEXT TO MY HEAD AS HARD AS THE DOUCHE CANOE CAN THREE QUICK TIMES" & Im a VERY HIGH STRESS, HIGH ANXIETY person who wakes up mid-panic attack approximately once a week when I'm at home in my own BED for absolutely no reason whatsoever... And I take Klonopin 2x a day & also have Xanax for actual panic attacks... And I've been on these things more than half of my dang LIFE. ANnnnd let's just say- I've had some pretty HORRIBLE, PTSD-esque interactions with COPS in the past (yes, when they were 110% in the WRONG & thought I was a different person- treated me like I was someone who's just murdered someone on an episode of cops when I was still in high school & never even had gotten a damn speeding ticket yet- that sort of sh**. Seriously, f**k da Police! I HATE THEM & I NEVER EVER fail to flip them off any time I see one.) Anyways, there are THREE cop cars with flashing lights Infront of me- and I look at the clock and it's 10:27.... So, I'd been dozing for BARELY 25MINS?!?! But, probably some damn soccer mom saw that I was just "sitting in my car" & had "taken 1 of the good parking spots!" & The cop said someone called in for a "welfare check" on me- which, like I said, is BS since i had barely been there for half an hour yet.... But, being the panicky individual I AM- when that cop banged on my window & startled me awake, I physically couldn't HELP IT- I started instantly having a panic attack! So, long story short- this dick head cop insists on giving me a damn breathalyzer (which is a 0.0000000000... duh) & THEN makes me do an EXTENSIVE field sobriety test- which anyone who's EVER had a panic attack can tell u- that's LAUGHABLE to expect someone to be able to get through ANY OF THOSE THINGS while in the midst of a panic attack. In front of 2 cops. When u ALSO hadn't yet taken your anxiety meds that morning.... So, yeah. I failed everything miserably & was just like "this is NOT right- I wasn't even DRIVING! I WAS LEGALLY PARKED- ASLEEP!!! and I'm having a PANIC ATTACK! IM NOT 'IMPAIRED'!?'" NOPE! That's son of a bitch who thinks he's friggin Captain Planet & I'm not trying to be racist- but, he WAS also black & this was April/May of 2021- soooo... This asshole KNEW he was untouchable. So that piece of dog sh** handcuffs me & puts me under arrest, takes me to jail& charges me with a god damn DUI... OH- AND he gives me a "drug paraphernalia" charge because he went through my purse where I have a small, old prescription bottle w/the label torn off that has assorted stuff like tums, Tylenol, Advil, and a few of my prescriptions like my sleeping meds& anti depressants *unfortunately no XANAX!* Incase I end up staying the night somewhere.... I like to have it on me. But yup! Gives me a DRUG CHARGE TOO for THAT!!!! And if I WOULDN'T have gotten bailed OUT over 12hrs later- I would have been in that sh**hole jail util MONDAY. ...this is already so long, I won't bother with how this all turned out with the courts & crap, but. Yup. Pretty much the biggest load of CRAP ever?!? Maybe not the "worst thing I've ever been ACCUSED of"? But, seemed kinda fitting still.... And let me repeat, in the words of NWA: "F**k da POLICE!"

I was accused of causing damages to a hotel in a tourist town. I was a grade 12 student in high school on a senior symphonic band trip. I wasn't the only student; the same hotel also complained to the teacher that some of the other rooms were complaining about loud noises. When I was pulled into the teacher's office to discuss the accusations, he mentioned that he was woken up in the middle of the morning by some rowdy patrons who were returning after bars closed for the night. The students that were accused for the noise were actually the most quiet group of boys in the class. My accusation was that I spilled some sort of red/brown liquid into the bed. The hotel staff initially said that the spill looked like wine (which would've been a major issue as: 1. This was a public school trip, most of the students ranged from 15-18 years of age). 2. Even if a student had wine, the teacher would've been required to send the offending student home on the parents' expense. Thankfully, they retracted their statement and said that the spill looked more like soda. The two grade 11 girls I was paired up with ratted me out and said that I had bought a bottle of soda (Coca Cola) - I told the band teacher that I had never drank the bottle in the bed; in fact, I never even opened it as I planned to save it for the following day once we checked out of the hotel. I can only assume that for my accusation was that the housekeeping staff skipped my room and got the number wrong. I don't know what else came out of it, but needless to say, the band director's never going back to that hotel anytime soon.

I had a 3 year old Girl that is my wife's Cousins daughter. So i defended myself and said "Ah ... nothing? why" and then she says "oh im joking" ...... these were the first words she ever spoke to me !!!! A female may think nothing of this , but any male reading this that was a ADULT during the massive Priest purge with them being outed as pedo's would cringe at this. Also she never spoke o me again all day ...... just "What did you do to my Daughter!!!!" , my Wife later that day after i was in shock to the point of being ill , then explained "dont worry she just doesnt like men for some reason ?" But didnt address the part of how i was just accused of being a Pedo , half joking half not! and as a thought i was over reacting. So Since that day instead of New years eve being my Favorite day , i now stay at home alone , its a traumatic day for me and every year i get reminded of the incident. So my Wife and kids stay at the Holiday park , and i come home before newyears eve. It broke me i was 19 , im now 44 and im still not over it. She's still oblivious that she ruined New years eve for me, unless my wife told her which she wouldnt make any of her family have any consequences for their actions .... (they have a habit of doing and saying dumb shit) When I did finally coach my sons Soccor team and they got better (because im a footballer) and all the mothers asked "why havent you been coaching since under6's , why have you been so against it , the kids like you and you know what your doing , your wife just says you WONT do it" ....... So I decided, ok ill get thier perspective on this. And told them the story , and they said "well with them being family ......." and i cut her off , and said "no , not my family , and id never met her before , and it was the first and last thing she said to me that day" ...... And yeah, they were horrified. And how even with her joking about, that is in terrible taste. And not the best 'Ice breaker' into a new conversation with someone youve never met before. (Btw to Coach you need a "working with kids check" , you get it from the RTA, same place you deal with Licence and car stuff, I got one from our local RTA and one from the town overs RTA, so i had 2 checks and kept one with me at all times, even though the Soccor/football club just needs one. And to this day im still not sure she was joking ? Even though she knew her 3 year old hated men and wouldn't go near them ???........... And my now wife never said to her "that was out of line", and never acknowledged why i hate new years eve!!! , she tells me im over reacting. Not as serious as the other ones but in middle school I was accused by a random guy I had never spoke to to have beaten him up in a corner of the playground. When I was pulled out of the lunch waiting file by an angry teacher, I was very confused and then this teacher asked me how I felt after hitting a younger student. I was shocked, I stutterdly explain how I had nothing to do with it and then started loudly crying in front of the intiere school because I thought I was going to be punished. Luckily almost everyone in my class immediately said to the teacher they had been with me and that I had done nothing, and since the kid that accused me hadn’t any physical signs of getting beat up I was deemed innocent. Also the teacher knew i was like very calm and shy and polite so kicking a random kid just because seemed out of character for me and I think she smelled the BS. So at the end it turned out fine but i’m grateful towards my class who defended me even though I was quiet and not popular but also i’m happy this happened when we were so young because now my classmates aren’t that innocent so maybe they wouldn’t back me up in a similar situation

I was a part of a weekend orchestra. During a break, I was talking with two other guys when a girl who was not part of the orchestra was running and tripped by herself. She fell near me. We then helped her back up and she went on her own way. Unfortunately, the orchestra director believed he saw me tripping her. The director then threw me out without even bothering to listen to my side of the story. And despite the two people I was speaking with at the time backing up my story, the director didn’t care and still threw me out. But hey, karma is real in this instance. Those two people then quit the orchestra in protest. The following week, about half of the orchestra quit, including all the violinists. The upcoming concert was then cancelled due to “lack of personnel”. Unfortunately that Director stuck to his guns and refused to reconsider his decision. I think he still believes to this day that I tripped her, even though he clearly only saw the girl on the ground and nothing else. Oh well…his loss.

Locking the dog in a closet. This happened over a decade ago, when I was a child. I came from from school to see my 2 year old brother sitting in the house alone (was normal for us back then). Didn't hear or notice anything odd. A couple hours later, stepdad came home and proceeded to yell and scream about me locking the dog up in a closet. Was accused of being a child predator by the girlfriend of my best friend. We was fresh out of high school when they met. It was at a strip club, she worked there. She was our age. Few months into their relationship she and her two kids moved in with him. He was still living at his mom's place. Through my teen years my parents were alcoholics so his family was my second family, I was over a lot. I hung out with his younger brother who I saw as a little brother (I don't have one). I was very close with his family and he was close with mine. In the months of his girlfriend and her two kids living there she got close with his mom and started becoming more controlling of his life and where he went and who he was around. Even his mom would tell him he needed to do better about anything. His girlfriend got him to stop being around all his friends except me. She didn't like him being around me the most, she thought every time I was around it took time away from him being with her. Instead of talking to him about improving their relationship she got the splendid idea of getting rid of me with a very serious accusation. I thought she was an ok person at first. She had her problems, but who doesn't? So I never thought would go to such an extreme. When I would come over I play with her kids in the living room from time to time we had a blast. They were toddlers and one day when I came by my friend's mom didn't want me around anymore. I asked why, she said my friend's girlfriend wasn't comfortable with me being around her kids. The mom said she didn't want me being around her own daughter (who was 14 at the time). You talk about hurt. I had no words for what she was saying. The woman who I saw as a second mom, who would call me her son over the years believed I would do something as horrendous as that. As I left I told the mom "You know she's lying and when you guys realize that I will never come back here again" that's what I actually said and then left. After a few days passed I was angry, more angry than I ever been before when I found out why the girlfriend did that. The girlfriend didn't have friends of her own so she confessed everything to the little sister (the 14 year old). Told her she just didn't want my friend to have any friends. Said she told the mom to tell me all that cause she knew she needed something major to get me to go away. The little sister told me and everyone else who thought I was a predator what the girlfriend said and most of them were rightfully pissed. Some still thought I was a predator. More time passed, my friend and his girlfriend broke up. They wanted to reconcile with me. To have things the way they were before. The little brother (he was 16 at the time) missed me the most asked if I wanted to come over. It broke my heart, but I told him I made a promise I intend to keep. Never been back since. I moved away and keep in contact with my friend and his younger brother through online video games and Facebook. Other than that I still haven't visited.

I was accused of taking upskirt photos of cosplayers at a con i went to when I was 17. I was surrounded by 6 cops who demanded to see my phone and I proved to them that my phone camera didn't even work as I had dropped it into a belt sander at my schools workshop. Either way, the girl who reported me later confessed she just didn't like the character I was cosplaying. But rumors spread, I'm banned from many hobby shops and cons in 3 states

I truly believe that in MOST cases, those who have accused innocent people, knew they are innocent but wanted them to be the "fall guy" to cover their own crimes. I was misused and used as a fall guy.

Okay, so two things for me. My final year of university, my professor for my Senior Thesis came within inches of accusing me of plagiarism. Said that my writing style was different from what it usually was. This was because I was writing a scholarly paper, and I had never written a scholarly paper for her before. I said "pick any non quotation you like and run it through google, and you'll see it's all my own." That said, I really, really disliked that professor for the rest of my time there, until she apologized profusely and even bumped my final grade in the class a whole letter for the accusation. Before being hired for one of my jobs, I had to take a drug test. It came back positive for like... everything. It was a 12 panel drug test and before starting my first day I got taken aside and told that I had tested positive for like 11 things, none of which I do, of course. So I went in and got another one and it came back clean.

In 7th grade some girl accused me of calling her a faggot. Mind you I only spoke to her once in 5th grade. Other than that we never exchanged words or even looked at each other. One day I'm minding my own business and my father yells at me claiming that I'm lying about calling her a faggot. I had nobody to back me up. So I just had to falsely admit I did to make things right with my father. I'm grounded for a week and the next time I ran into her she only says I'm sorry. This alongside other similar incidents I have had in regards to incidents with female individuals is why I'm partially afraid to talk to women, especially in this day of age where if I piss the wrong lady off she can simply make accusations pertaining to harassment, assault and even rape and nobody would be there to back me up. I would be all alone and almost everyone would take her side. Thoughts like that have sometimes kept me awake and because I don't want such fears on my conscience I simply decide to steer clear of dating in general.

I was accused of destroying a bathroom in elementary school. toilet seat was broken and the toilet paper holder was taken off the wall and dumped in the toilet. Not only that but someone had taken a sharpie and drew all over the walls and the toilet. I only washed my hands and left, my friends were outside and I told them what happened. After I told a teacher what had happened and there was a mini assembly for 4th grade.The principal told everyone what happened and how they’ll find whoever did etc. She told me to stay behind after she dismissed everyone and I went to her office. She said she knew that I had did it and wanted to know why and how. I told her I didn’t do it and my friends were outside the bathroom also so they’ll tell her the same thing. She decided not to believe me and said that “it wasn’t okay to tell lies”. Didn’t even talked with my friends who were there with cameras pointed towards the bathrooms. She had called my foster parents (long story) and actual parents about it. At that point it would be next to impossible to actually tell what happened since the principal called them. I really hate that school : /

Got accused of being a school shooter and a bomber. First I was accused of a bomb bc of a note with bad handwriting was left on a desk I usually sit at. Didn't even step foot in the classroom and by the 7th period I get escorted to the office. I was in ROTC so there was my Instructor, 2 Officers, and the Linville and I think a guidance counselor. They asked to go through all my belongings and I allowed them too. Even offered to let them go through my phone but they didn't. 3hrs past school hours and finally my mom and dad come and now I'm being yelled at. My own family didn't believe me and while in my head I discovered something about my family. I just sat there and gave up. No one believed me and my instructor who I'd hoped would. He said "Martinez I need you to tell me the truth I'm trying to help you, on your family name. Did you write that note" I said no bc I didn't and he said "you must not care about your family name then" and walked out. At that point I gave up they lied saying I was the only one in the room at the time (when there was proof I wasnt) eventually I wasn't charged bc they couldn't go with just bad handwriting but my mom ended up saying I looked guilty bc I didn't defend myself. I said "mom you sit in a room telling the truth and no one believes you for hours on end and tell me what you'd do." Literally same thing with being accused as a shooter bad handwriting and they even verified it bc of the bomb note incident. Went based on hand writing and my family didn't believe me. I literally did nothing and almost had my life ruined twice.

Because I was too fucking stupid to know that I could just stand up for myself I ended up getting 3 weeks of no recess. 4:12, similar thing happened to me. TLDR; A kid who bullied me quite frequently stopped bullying me for a bit, and tried to make up for that by murdering me with a pair of Scissors. So this kid bullied me, spread rumors about me, etc. but after a situation I’d rather not talk about right now, he became quite, no longer was he the physically and verbally abusive bully, but he would give me death glares, like not in the Im gonna beat you up death glare, but like he actually wanted to kill me. So, one day, we’re both alone in class together (it was a small history class), and I see him pull a pair of scissors out of his backpack, and these were like kitchen scissors, meant to cut through the tough stuff. He gripped one of the blades of the scissors, with the other extended, and he looked at me and said, “it’s all your fault, I have to drop out because of you! I have no friends because of you! If I’m gonna be taken out of school, might as well be for a good reason.” He was so furious that as he gripped the blade of the scissors, he was cutting deep into his own hand. He came at me with the scissors, jumping over tables and such to get to me, lucky for me that I can run surprisingly fast. I ran out into the hall and right into and accidentally knocked over my history teacher, and the bully ran out not long after, he tripped over my teacher as he ran out of the classroom, and because he stupidly held the scissors by one of the blades, he didn’t lose any of his fingers, but he was rushed to the hospital. (Important note, the mentioned incident that I didn’t want to explain was not my fault in any way, it was the bully’s problem that he decided to rope me into, which tremendously backfired against him.)

Setting the kitchen on fire at a good friend's place. Happened in my 20's My friend's roommate was cooking I told him hey that looks ready. He told me to mind my own business, he got it. Fine i went upstairs. Laid down. Smoke everywhere. My friend and I freak the f out and tear every door and window open. We were scrambling around and screaming looking for the fire enstingier, put it out, turned off the stove. The alarms were not working for some odd reason. The guy who was cooking told my friend that I had turned up the stove and never told him his food was ready. I was so shocked, started crying and said "I DID TELL YOU why would i do to you, ruin your food, burn us all alive and damage the house? WE COULD HAVE DIED WE ALMOST BURNED ALIVE" I was hysterical. He just stood there staring at me. Of course my friend took his side and I was damned lucky I wasn't charged for arson. End of those "friendships" The hurt and trauma of almost dying a horrific burning death brought me down to 88 pounds. I was devastated. It scared and affected me mentally to this day. Since then i will stand and stare at the stove the entire time I'm cooking and make sure my friends are awake or indoors if they want something to eat. I'm subtle about it but I'll be damned if this ever happens again.

Not the worst one I had, but definitely the funniest. In high school, I had a friend who's mental state really just kind of snapped and she started spreading rumors about everyone in our friend group. I was one of her main targets. Well, it's homecoming dance time, and this just happened to be the ONE year I don't go. My other friend, who was at the dance, said (so-and-so) was running around saying I was chasing her. I laughed my ass off, which got my dad's attention since he was right next to me. Once I told him what happened, he joined in on the laughter and I sent my friend a picture of my laptop with me actively playing a game. Like I said, not the worst one but the funniest one by far

Okay so this is a true story and it will Make you mad So in 6th grade I was the quiet kid Had acne and did not like anyone would Only talk to the gym teacher and principal and mostly the language art teacher So I was in art class I loved art with my heart it was the day I discovered I had a gift with creative thinking This girl was pointing at me in the back of the room can’t remember why my art was better than her and she was making rude comment trying to get me to fight her I told her so she can hear it “you’re not worth shit “ so she started throwing things at me and I’m sitting there with a blank face and I said “feeling froggy jump “ so she got up and spat on me and my artwork “ and went back to the front of the room I told the teacher she got written up and I got a referral because her claim was that I made a threat to her “ I frown and as soon as I got from school my mom was very pissed at me until I told her what happened the teacher still believe the girl side of the story so I got moved out art class to cooking . My outcome was I missed art class I loved art it was my favorite thing to do it still pisses me off how she picked on me for being quiet I kept to myself I didn’t even know the dumb girl Jokes on her I’m going to college for history of art!!!

So this isn’t the WORST thing I’ve been accused of, but its definitely the most impactful that I’ll remember for the rest of my life. So when i was like 13, i was helping clean my abusive stepmoms parents house, there were 4 kids, and at some point a candle got blown out or something, ider what the situation was exactly, but needless to say i was accused of the “crime”. It was in the bathroom, and I wasn’t even the one who cleaned the bathroom but we got done cleaning the house at like 1pm, and as soon as i got home, my step mom proceeded to start punishing me by beating me and accusing me of it. I was forced to do more chores for the rest of the day, including cleaning the bathroom with a toothbrush, until my dad got home and beat me aswell, after a full day of beatings and basically slave labor I finally just admitted to it, even though I hadn’t actually done it, i just didn’t wanna face anymore punishment and figured it would be over sooner if i just admitted to it. it wasn’t, no it got worse, i was grounded for like a year for lying, had to call her mother and apologize for something I didn’t even do, I wasn’t allowed to see my friends, i had to seek some kind of youth pastor for guidance….yeah, so thats why I’m now so good at lying. Tbh, still don’t know who blew out that candle, nor why it was such a big deal.

I was once accused of putting cleaning powder on pastries in baking class. Many people got sick and hospitalized. It was a five person group project but the girl who did it instantly pointed her finger at me which caused the three to point at me unknowingly, believing the girl since I was the weird, unpopular one. I’m still pissed to this day because I almost got expelled for this idiots mistake/attempt at hospitalizing majority of the class. Since there was no proof and my whole group couldn’t prove it was me with my story being the only consistent one ( I was in charge of the dough), they gave me detention. I’m still sore and made that girl miserable. I may be a horrible, petty bastard, but that girl made me out as some kind of monster to the whole school. I bullied her ruthlessly until we left and I don’t regret a moment.

Ok, this one will take a little imagination on your part. The set-up: there were 5 houses on my street. Two were on one side, we will call them A and B. Three houses on the other side, we will call 1, 2 and 3. One of my besties from grade school, we'll call her J, lived in house A and I lived in house 2. When I was in high school, house 3 had a party and my boyfriend and I went. It was a very small town and a warm spring evening (late April), so the party spilled outside. My boyfriend took the occasion to break up with me under the tree in the front yard of house B. I handed him back his class ring and walked directly over to house A to cry on my friend's shoulder. As we were sitting on her step, my now ex-boyfriend and his friends left. As they were walking up the street, my friend stands up and starts cursing him out........loudly. She was shouting at him. Fast forward a few years. I'm an adult, visiting my parents when the subject came up. My mom accused me of shouting all that crap at my ex. I told her it wasn't me, it was J, but she didn't believe me. She brought it up a few times over the years. The last time she did, I was married with children and in my early 40's. I finally said to her, "Mom, it wasn't me, it was J. I was crying very hard and couldn't talk, much less shout. Why would I lie to you about it now? Are you going to ground me?" She hasn't mentioned it since, so I assume she finally believed me. It's weird how people sometimes get stuck on something, and hold on to it for years, even when they are wrong. God rest you J. You were my one true friend in grade school. I miss you.

I was accused of animal abuse because of my idiot friend and our evil wench of an ex roommate. To make a long story short, my boyfriend and I went on vacation. We had my parents and my friend collaborating to care for our animals. We had an ex roommate that had moved out but she had some stuff at the house and she was asking permission to come over when she needed something (or so we thought) so we didn’t take her key. In the first 2 days, our two kittens somehow got out the window. They wandered for 2 days in storms. They were found by a kind soul and taken to a local rescue. When my friend went to go pick them up, he said something stupid about us keeping the kittens in a snake tank (to this day I don’t know exactly what he said) which lead the rescue to believe that we were keeping the kittens as snake food and refused to turn them over to my friend. For context, we had a 125/150 gallon tank that couldn’t be used for fish and we were going to turn it into a snake tank but when we had our “oops” kittens and we kept them in there with a blanket, a small litter box, food and water so they couldn’t crawl away and get stuck somewhere. I started bawling and begged my mom to straighten things out with the rescue. Luckily, she explained that the tank we had for the kittens was a play pen and they allowed her the option to take the kittens back but they offered to keep them because one of the volunteers fell in love with them. But before they allowed Mom to take my kittens, they called a welfare check on my other animals. The cops didn’t come in the house but they went all around the property and asked all of our neighbors about us. I guess they got a good rapport from our neighbors because they never contacted us. But to make matters worse, when we came home, we saw one of our other cats was let out. My parents were not present and the idiot friend swore he was not there that day. We also noticed a ton of property missing and the ex roommates room completely ransacked. I inspected all of our windows and there were no weak spots 🚩. The ex roommate denied any involvement in the cat being outside and missing stuff but kept telling different stories 🚩 and, completely unprovoked, mentioned that she has no idea why the cops were at our house. We made zero mention of the cops coming to the house 🚩. I already hated this woman for other reasons but I said if she ever showed up at my house again, she would be swallowing her teeth. We changed the locks. TL;DR: My boyfriend and I got accused of animal abuse because of my idiot ex friend and an evil ex roommate that more than likely let our animals out on purpose for only Bastet knows what reasons. All of the animals are ok! We no longer speak to either of those people.

Humans just aren't all that smart. Granted, there are many who try to know the full story, but many automatically be all like, "Oh, it's a rando making dinner. They're obviously poisoning the food." I just think people need to know the full story before the accusations.

I was a manager at a very large world wide retail store. 1st female, accused me of hitting on her. She'd wear lowcut shirts that were loose (I didn't look cause she looked like a crack head tbh) she was texting me on her days off when I was working (which was weird af so I quickly just blocked her) she told management that I was hitting on her. She quit shortly after. Next younger female, said I was hovering over her (wasn't, but spent more time working with her as she was a new employee training) she quit shortly after. Last one was a older female that was lazy af. She only worked the night shift when there were no customers and it was dead. Any small task I'd give her to do wouldn't be finished. She didn't do anything, so I stopped giving her any kind of important tasks, and had her just clean the displays of tvs, tablets etc. She said I was sexist cause I made a woman clean. Some I'm a sexist dude trying to get in young crack heads pants I guess 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

A friend and I were coming in from recess and we would always make monkey noise randomly (4th grade). Some black kid thought it was directed at him racially. Didn't even know he was there. Got an in school suspension, forced to write a paper on black history with an apology and grounded all summer for this. Took me a year or 2 before I even understood why he was offended. Just surprised that nobody saw there was no intent in it
