2:40 Thor's goal was to reach the hammer. There was no way for him to know that Odin put an enchantment on it. This should count as a win. He tore through agents and reached the objective. He would have flown out if it weren't for Odin.

Thor won the final fight against Gor, his objective was to prevent Gor from wishing upon all Gods' extinction, and he did exactly that. Even if it was through Talk no Jutsu, he was able to make Gor give up on his initial objective
