Zac Edwards in the booth or down on the field shouldn't matter. Better Execution of the plays and no turnovers help. You never want to beat yourself. That's what Kirk Cousins did singlehandedly. I don't like the pistol offense to be used ninety five percent of the plays. Let's get Kirk under center with play action. I don't think Cousins is a hundred percent. I'll be looking at Aaron Rodgers for comparisons. in terms of acchilles injuries, rust and age.

Kirk isn’t fully recovered yet, doctors said he’s good and he saying he’s fine, he’s NOT, we should have Never let Tyler go. The main problem is the offensive line they are completely trash and have always been that PFF BS was just that.

Nope! We're not going to start making excuses for Cousins. The K. Cousins of Minnesota is gone. He can't stay in one spot and try to throw the ball. He's clearly not healthy. The Falcons knew that, that's way we didn't see him in the preseason. And they couldn't take the chance of getting Penix hurt. Cousins couldn't play action, he can't move. He had a hard time getting Robinson the ball on the stretch running plays to the outside.

Smitty what I saw at the game was , we are using Kirk in shotgun and Pitts was supposed to help chip pass rusher off the line and rusty from not playing in a actually game. However, Achilles Heel injury can cause you not to push off or walk with much speed Smitty. I have to have that same surgery and sometimes I can barely walk down steps or walk with speed. The Falcons knew this man had something but why give him 180 m and then draft Micheal? Could it be we just wanted to make a big splash in FA or what? If we go 0-3 we have to move to Micheal but what about 180 m? There are more questions than answers here

What’s good with you Smitty and there’s nothing wrong with Kirk and they just called a bad game and the penalties killed us in the 4th quarter and they run the same pistol formation with the Rams QB Stafford and Zac should have made adjustments to shorten the receivers routes and ran more play action to get the ball out Kirk hands quicker since they was putting pressure on the OL bc I think this was more on Zac Robinson game plan than on Kirk but the good news is that it’s just game 1 and they have time to correct there mistakes and put this game behind them and get ready for Philly and put out a better performance against them.

I watched Aaron Rodgers last night and even though the Jets lost, he looked very good in the pocket and could move when he needed to. I'm kinda wondering if Kirk and the Falcons were not completely forthcoming about the status of that achilles. He hardly moved at all except for the TD to Pitts. The play calling was a bit suspect as well.

He is not 100 percent healthy and he has no mobility with that injury, they paid this man all that money not knowing what he would look like.
