What's Wrong With These People

Gunless is a 2010 Canadian western comedy film directed by William Phillips and released by Alliance Films.
A hardened American gunslinger arrives in a small southwestern Canadian town, which doesn't understand or appreciate the brutal code of the American Wild West. This gunslinger, known as the Montana Kid has a bounty on his head for the recent murder of 11 other people previously in the states. The Montana kid arrives in town on his horse and decide to explore town and after leaving a store he find his horse gone and mistakenly believes that the Blacksmith(Tyler mane) stole his horse and after trying to intimidate the blacksmith to no success, he decides to call him out but since the blacksmith has no gun, he can't kill him as lives by a code of ethics to not kill unarmed men. One of the townfolk says that he can have a broken gun if he builds her a windmill, after a few days, The Montana kid begins to develop feelings toward her and the townsfolk and decides to stay for awhile. in the meantime, a roaming band of bounty hunters are on their way to the town to claim the bounty on kid's head and terrorise a small village to find his whereabouts. After finally getting a gun and getting it fixed, The montana kid goes to the blacksmith to demand a duel and gives Jack the blacksmith the gun and tells him to draw while the montana kid points his revolver at jack but slightly moves his aim to miss jack, indication that he may want to die. The Montana kid demands that jack pull the trigger, in which jack does reluctantly put the gun does not fire. The Kid,inspects the gun and accidentally shoots jack in his rear, a wound that he himself had earlier in the film. around this time, the bounty hunters arrive in town and start threaten the townsfolk to turn over the kid, in which they do not but point their own guns at the bounty hunters. Not wanting any-more bloodshed, the Montana kid tells them to take him and leave everyone else alone, The leader accepts this but one of the townfolk fires at them causing a gunfight which ends in the town's favour. the bounty hunters are taken away and the montana kid decides to stay in town.

I was in a bar in Stuttgart, Germany with a friend and some of his friends. A biker heard me speaking English. My German is pretty rusty. He starts to tell me Americans are not welcome there and I should leave. He got to trying to herd me out. My friend comes up trying calm things down. A waitress had found the boss and his assistants. These two mutants looked like Arnold Schwarzenegger's illegitimate kids. The waitress points at the biker,Speaking in German. Biker says something back. Boss speaks quietly. Biker got loud. One of the assistants picked this guy up by the throat. He held him up as high as he could. He cocks back his other his other arm,making a fist. He held this guy up in the air for several minutes. The Boss was talking to the biker but he couldn't speak. He put the biker down. The two assistants put an arm under the bikers arms and carried him out. The Boss then says to me "we don't like trouble makers here.".

@@Sommelier97 It was OK. The scenes they show on here make it look better than it was. Worth a watch if you're bored. Too bad, really. Paul Gross was great as the tough American cowboy thrust into a Canadian town ignorant of the tough, wild ways of the American west. It has a few laughs, but I wouldn't say it's a terrible movie. Just missed a few humorous points.

Well, one thing that's wrong w/the title character is that he's using the vocal style sadly popularized by Don Johnson in the TV show Miami Vice: a greatly amplified, throaty whisper, attempting to give the impression the actor has a low voice, when in fact he has very little in the way of vocal endowment.

Mr. Trudeau and company can learn something factual about Canadian gun culture that is totally different from the Americans from this movie, remember we Canadians do not have open carry, we do not and is not allowed to use restricted firearms such as AR15 that is limited only to 5 rounds and is only a semi auto in hunting or to take down a deer. The gun ban issued last May is design for the American market but because there is no way Trudeau can implement that in the USA he had to force it here in Canada.
