I feel like they’re putting a ton of pressure on harbaugh and Herbert. Herbert hasn’t had any good coaches and now he has one we all think will be good. But at the same time people said this about Sean Payton. So, they have a new coach with good experience and they have a good QB and maybe 1-2 second-year WRs. But that won't be enough, even when they can hold Bosa and Mack, and when they can land a good 1st round pick. It might take another year for the Chargers to rebuild.

I don't have expectations till I see who the team will be and the offensive philosophy. I don't agree with a run first offense in the modern NFL where the rules favor the passing game and the good teams are putting up 30 on regular basis... I'd rather see I fine tuned passing attack with a power back to pick up those 2m3rd and 3s or 2s backed up by tough top 5 or 6 defense, that's a winning formula, not going to an old school offense...
