A few years before the Changers moved from San Diego I visited their training facility near Mission Valley. What I saw kind of shocked me - the players were generally just milling around doing nothing but standing out n the field talking to each other. I thought, "What a waste of training time!" Their performance that year was indicative of the apparent effort they were making on the field. Even from the few minutes of your footage, I could see the difference. Even a layman like me could realize the strengthening that was going on out on that field.
