one think i noticed and learned, dutch people say ja (yes) a lot whenever they speak. not a bad thing, but its kinda influencing me when Im in my work meeting in my home country and i tend to do the same, especially when my partner is dutch so i guess i have first hand influence? :p

Don't forget they are interviewing during working hours on the street. So it's not that representavive of the whole dutch population

it means it's a healthy society, as it is normal that there are a lot of old people, and after a lifetime of receiving from them it's good that NL is organized so well to give back help and company to the old people.. otherwise in other countries it's always a job for the family, but since it's a job you can't take care of them properly like an organized company ..
