Thats my point - the guards all need to be consistent with enforcing the rules, not juat some and for those that do they need to school their other fellow guards. Otherwise it wont work.

This guard is making a mockery of the rules with him only telling certain people to move but not others, why have rules I’m sure they would be told off if the people who are high up the ranks saw what’s going on the guards would be in trouble.

It's about time they stop people from you hung the horse and getting too close to the guards.People letting the horse lick their hands and putting their fingers in the horses nose made no sense they they would let that happen.

Give me a break, that's what common sense is for they can see the white lines. They can watch the people. There are signs out there. Even a picture one so don't use the excuse. They can't read or write english. That is b. Yes. They've seen enough of these videos they've seen and watched crowds. They know exactly what they're doing. The guards have to be consistent in yelling and calling out rule breakers
