Thank you! I was having a hard time finding the best size of pantographs for the size of the throat of my long arm. I haven’t done a lot of pantographs, but I really like the ones with the ‘ghost’ tracing on the edges.

I love to complicate things. On the offset pattern you demonstrated, I think it would be neat to try to use a smaller size of that motif, flip it over and quilt it. Crazy, yes.

I have watched your pantograph videos and I was curious if these procedures apply to all machines or just those with giant throats?the machine that I have at the moment only has a 9” throat on a frame. I was told that I need to mark my quilting space to know my limits. I only saw your videos mark the edges. Please let me know if there is a video that i missed or advise

Hi there! With a smaller throat you may need to mark your whole space to ensure that your pattern will fit accordingly:) The larger throat machines have a little bit more flexibility.

@@LindasElectricQuilters Do you have video that shows how to mark your whole space?

If have a pattern with a double row, do I quilt both rows before I advance the quilt and when I get to the right side on the front of the quilt,do I quilt the second row from right to left or go from left to right? TYIA
@LindasElectricQuilters Жыл бұрын
If you have enough quilting area available, then you can quilt both rows. We always recommend quilting right to left that way you can see what is ahead:)
@LindasElectricQuilters Жыл бұрын
Yes do both rows before you advance. You would go back to the left and quilt left to right on 2nd row.
