I read your comment. I have a niece named Catherine. I will pray for your sister and you. Cancer causes death and some suffering in many family relations. But what really struck me as a WOW moment is that you said you would be praying for us. How lovely and loving that is. Your sister is blessed to have you in her life, especially now. But then, your whole family is blessed to have you. Thank you so much for your acts of kindness during a difficult time. And I do know what that is like, to be with a loved one during a time like this. Many family members do not want to even see their “loved” ones at that time. I wore the Miraculous medal and other medals in Vietnam , My mother had a very special devotion to Mary ,I was fired upon at near point blank range several times but was never hit one time a rocket device was fired at me at me but missed me and hit someone behind me no one in my platoon could understand how that was possible including me it would have to go through me to do that, One more thing about the time I got my orders to go to Vietnam my brother who was sleeping back home in our bedroom awoke with the whole room brightly lit up,He thought he had left the light on but the saw Mary with the three children of Fatima kneeling at her feet,He was terrified and fled the room and explained it to my mother who constantly prayed for both me and my older brother who had also been in Vietnam, Pray to Mary

I have been in pilgrimage to the chapel at Rue du Bac where Our Lady appeared and where St. Catherine lies incorrupt. I thank God for the grace of having been there and wear Our Lady's medal always. The miraculous medal reminds me that God can still do miracles, he is the all powerful, King of the Universe. I received a large miraculous medal from a lady who wanted to dispose of Catholic articles from someone who had died. The medal had a plate on the back, that swung open and written on it were the words, “I will always love you”. I took it as a sign from heaven. I have worn the medal ever since.

If He is your King then we ought to kneel before Him and recieve on our tongues because it's how He wants His Body, Blood Soul and Divinity to be recieved. My niece's name is Catherine. Her mother is my best friend, and was married for almost 50 years, to my big brother. He died of cancer 1 year ago, last October. While I doubt that it was Mary as there is a gulf between the living and the dead. Anger is an emotion neither a good work or a sin. The Messiah himself got righteously angry many times. It all depends on why you are angry and what you choose to do about it. Almost everyone on this planet has something to be angry. If you use that anger to effect positive changes for others and yourself anger is a good wakeup call. If you use it for destructive purposes then it is a sin.
