When I saw OMalley meditating on the stool, I knew Aljo was screwed. The fact that he was able to meditate, and focus so extremely well in the middle of combat is pretty insane. I think it's so interesting that you've found a scientific way to figure out what things cause your body inflammation thru specific bloodwork & stool samples. I think that is facinating because i guarantee so many people are always extra sore because they are constantly having things in their body that doesn't sit with them but since they have always been like that (we don't know anything different and just think this is what "normal" is. When in reality it's not "normal at all" but it's normal to the average person)
