We all have this knowledge yet we still ignore the facts.
@Gasp7000
@Gasp7000 Жыл бұрын
People don’t even HAVE the real facts, not the reason why we crave them and that there is a survival reason for it. We ignore the fact we’ve learned because we didn’t have the rest of the story-it is even hidden from med students (except for immunologists). We crave sugar because our bodies are screaming for stem cells and only sugar can make stem cells, which we would die without. Not all sugars necessarily are sweet, though. We are just eating sugars completely out of order, missing some, and are out of balance, and not eating the things that stabilize blood sugar first. Only sugars can make stem cells and without stem cells we have no immune system, in fact, we are all the way dead. See the book “Sugars That Heal”, or “Glyconutrients, The Missing Food Group”. Sugar does terrible damage when applied out of order, just like water intoxification can cause death, and has. Too much water is about causing a chain reaction of imbalance and losses to the point of multiple organ failure and it can happen even within a few hours such as in some cases of abusive hazing on college campuses among foolish students. Sugar is non-optional for survival though, true, it is not an option just to drop it out of the diet. Like bike riding, balance is the only answer, not tossing the bike.

I stopped eating sugar for no reason (sweets, softdrinks) for only one week and did not like it anymore. I felt suddenly so much energy and happyness! Ignore the facts. Just do not buy and eat sweets for only one week and do NOT ignore your BODY. It will convince you more than any doctor or scientist could ever do.

That is since you're meant to eat it. Try drinking coca cola instead of fatty sweets. Then when you've done that for a while, switch out the coke for orange juice. Then you've beaten this "sugar addiction".

And things taste different. Vegetables taste sooo delicious, now. Fruits, too, but they are almost to sweet. If someone wants me to try a cake, that really anoyes me! I can not imagine to eat such a poison again! Must have been something like a drug. Otherwise I can not explain why anyone would eat something tasting so sweet but empty like a cake. An apple is sweet, too, but it can taste so rich and juicy. And I allready had that effect after not even one week!

@@aidabarreto9299 Hello Aida Barreto! There are secret societies and secret schools all across the world that teach the secrets of life. Among these secrets are the secret of who we really are and how you can overcome all the laws of this world using your mind. You have probably heard the old saying "Mind over matter". What that means is that YOU are mind, but everything in this universe is matter and matter is able to be manipulated simply with the power of your mind. Like with anything else though, it takes practice. We are way too conditioned and mind controlled by the time we are adults to just jump into it. I first learned the secrets to life by dreams. 20 years ago, I had a series of dreams that I did not fully understand at the time. I was approached by an entity in my dream who told me that I was much more powerful than I realized. He told me that he would teach me over time how to use my inner power of the mind to overcome every sickness and disease in this world. This was at a time that I was getting really sick and just diagnosed as a diabetic as well as other undiagnosed illnesses that I had. The series of dreams are interesting and contain some of the secrets to life, but for the sake of time I will keep this short. So as time went on, I found myself "challenging" small discomforts that I felt. In other words, when a headache or pain in my body came about, I concentrated on that area, and instead of feeling the pain or discomfort, I imagined what I knew I should be feeling. Then I would either sneeze or there would be noises that came from my body and I immediately felt better. To this day, I do not know what the noises or sneezing means, only that every time I challenge sickness or pain, that it always leaves with either of these two things happening. In the beginning it was hard for me to understand how to do this. But over time I got better and better. And last year I defeated even Covid using this method. It was really hard to do, to be honest. The Covid virus was getting worse and worse and my little mind over matter tricks did not appear to be working. I was feeling weak and very discouraged. About two weeks later, I worsened further and got to the stage of pneumonia (the stage at which people usually die of Covid). I could not breathe and I was turning blue from suffocation. I tried to go to the hospital but all of the hospitals were full and the shortest wait time I was told is 8 hours to get into the emergency room. I knew that if I did not do something, that this would be it for me. Then I remembered my dreams from 20 years ago and what I learned and I remembered all of the numerous times I that defeated everything from headaches, to the flu, to pain, and even appendicitis. I became absolutely determined to overcome this virus. That is when I popped my chest out like I was superman, clenched my fists, stood up out of my sick bed, stomped my foot and with absolute authority, I spoke the words "I command this Covid virus to leave right now". Instantly I began a massive chain of 2 full minutes of hard sneezing (REALLY HARD) and by the last one I was COMPLETELY rid of Covid. I literally could have went right outside at the moment and went jogging or even to the gym. Two minutes prior I was dying and now I was 100% healed of Covid instantaneously! And now, today, while I should still be diabetic, I eat Ben and Jerry's ice-cream and absolutely anything I want. It is pretty amazing. Do not expect such results immediate or you will be disappointed. There is meaning behind the movie "The Matrix". You have to have your moment like Neo did, where in the famous scene that he has bullets charging at him and he says "No". You can defy the very laws of this world if you really try. But please don't do anything stupid like trying to fly and jump off a tall building.....lol! You should start small and as you gain confidence, then you will progress. Good luck friend!

I promise, it is not sugar that’s doing damage, it is eating it improperly and out of balance and without the presence of three other things, protein, fiber and the other seven necessary “sugars”, which don’t necessarily taste sweet (like fucose in seaweed, or garlic, which is quite stick if you’ve ever worked with fresh garlic, much moreso that onions). Interestingly, saccharides (aka, carbs, glyconutrients, yes, sugars) are the only raw ingredient “food group (MIT, yes, the University)” that can make stem cells. You are craving glucose because you are missing one or more of the other seven essential sugars that make stem cells, so the whole burden ends up on glucose. Your body will fight to get stem cells, so give it all eight glycos ( search, “foods containing the eight essential glyconutrients, lists”, and eat a little bit from each list ever day or two, even if it’s a tiny amount). The eight essential glycos are 1. Glucose 2. Galactose 3. Mannose 4. Fucose 5. Xylose 6. N-acetylglucosamine 7. N-acetylgalactosamine 8. Sialic Acid (also called N-acetylnuraminic acid). Note, these are hidden in the back of the PDR where the are soft-pedaled even to all RX and med students except immunologist (who are told to keep it mum). To calm that craving for too much glucose, eat your protein first and wait a few minutes, and in general, eat the other seven glycos regularly as well. They’re probably already in your cupboard, but most people are missing one or more, which causes cell to cell miscommunication, and thus, back communication with the hypothalamus. These glycos are like a braille alphabet who letters stick to the outside if each cell and then to read each others’ status, the bump into each other. If a “letter” is missing, the brain gets a wrong or static-y message, causing a wrong or panic response from the hypothalamus. To calm this autoimmune response, give the body the rest of its glycos (braille letters)! Surprisingly, two are caloric, but the other six are not! So they help stabilize blood sugar. The other caloric one happens to typically come in dairy proteins, so those protein also stabilize blood sugar. Glucose/Fructose Should never be ingested onto a bare naked blood stream. Eat protein first. Everything else will go better. Stay balanced my friends but don’t try to cut out every drop of glucose bearing food, just eat in balance and order, and sugar first is not order, it equals suffering, even within 1 mins! MIT calls the eight essential glyconutrients “the missing food group” but they were soon shushed by the AMA (because they have a lot of stock in selling expensive stem cell treatments where they grow the tissue FOR you-which glyconutrients!-and then offer you a $10,000 stem cell injection in your knee, for instance. True story, first-hand. So I saved my knee by myself) (Copied b4 post)

It's not even sugar. It's just Cola. Not even other flavors of soda. Only Cola gives me what I need now. I can knock back 30 cans in 4-5 days. I have a hard time eating without it. It's insane. I can't figure out how to get off it and simultaneously make it through the day.
