I have 2 favorite characters from BBT Sheldon because, let's face it he carried the show for years until he decided he didn't want to do it anymore and they canceled it and Howard Wollowitz because I think he did the most growing out of all the characters in the show because he went from a horny wannabe lady's man mama's boy to a happily married responsible father of 3 choldren.

When Howard played that birthday song to Bernadette with the team while she was in isolation, that was so great, and I believe he did that first go without any practice, that really raised my respect for his talent, that song has an interesting back story from the creators.

Mayim Bialik, AKA Amy One characters they should have got rid of at the very beginning, could never stand her. Melissa Rauch, AKA Bernadette loved her from the very beginning. Why wasn’t Stewart mention on this list?? He’s not a main character, but he’s definitely a background character that grew more important as a series went on.
