My doctor called today and told me he did 2 heart enzyme labs and 1 came back normal but the D-Dimer came back at 2.88 and shouldn't be above .4 What is 2.88 when looking at results? Googling d-dimer results and I can't correlate that number to anything I find. Also you mentioned surgeries..... I had 18 teeth extracted back in February. It's been a few months but still in the healing phases. Could this be potential reason ? I've been instructed to go to the ER tomorrow but I have the hole evening to think about this so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
