Great info. As a person working in healthcare, I am closely following as orthobiologics technology evolves. I am searching to see if negative genetic expression could occur from allogeneic MSC donors. You and Dr. Kaplan share very relative information in this space. Thank you for this informative presentation.

Thanks for this very complete presentation. One question: What do you think about BMA (Bone Marrow Aspirate)?

Hi Dr ! At your clinic in Denver do you use UC MSC’s from Whartons jelly ? Listening I don’t think so, but if you weren’t practicing in the USA I’d be interested to know if you’d be using anything but autogolous MSC’s ? Also very interested to know your opinion if at age 61 with late stage O/A if an autogolous mesenchymal stem cell procedure that’s expanded / cultured would potentially have great success?

I was wondering, theoretically, might it be possible for umbilical cord stem cells to be alive if used immediately? My understanding from CPI is that the reason why their umbilical cord stem cells are alive is because it's used fairly quickly so they have not yet died. Admittedly, it could just be their sales pitch.
